Old bus rides, narrow-gauge steam train rides, working history and interactive displays. A huge site with relics round every corner.

Loads to see and do and lots of interactive displays for children to play with. You can take endless train and bus trips around the site. Loads of diiferent buildings and exhibits to look around. Our favourite was the Electricity exhibition which was great fun. All the staff were helpful and friendly. Nice cafe with tasty food. Would recommend anyone of any age visiting.

Family of five ticket cost £29 and was well worth it. The sun was shining which helped . There is an old fashioned bus and miniature train that will take you around the park (FREE). There are a number of sheds with different pieces. A fire station, a pottery, a bodgers, telecommunications, motor garage, etc. My boys each made something out of a ball of clay and were allowed to take it home for a small donation. The staff were very knowledgable and passionate about their jobs. All in all a great day out. The Telecom shed is not to be missed trying to use the old fashioned switch board
