This is my husbands local has gone here for many years. Decided we would go out to bring in the bells what better place to be I don't frequent pubs often but on this occasion was treated like a regular I was offered a light snack free just before the bells which was lovely and then the hostess very kind and friendly lady i had never meet before offered me a free glass of bubbly to bring on the bells then later on was asked to join their new year celebrations (is party)all in all was a lovely night turned out well

Came here for the steak pie which was highly recommended to me. The steak pie was fab, huge portion plus veg and onion rings too. The macaroni was a bit dry and needed seasoning. Very friendly staff and great prices in a nice pub with a separate eating area. Special deal for OAP's - £6.95 for 2 courses, excellent value.
