This was our third year taking lessons with Summit. The best solution if you are a couple or family where skiers are at different levels. The staff really works hard to make sure you have a great experience. While theoretically class sizes max at 6, it's often the case that there are only 2-3 in the class ( if there are 2 it's a two hour lesson, with three it's a three hour one.) having morning lessons allows everyone to meet for lunch and ski the rest of the day together, a much better solution than the other ski school offering full day group lessons to adults. I also took a private lesson with Paul which gave me the confidence to ski at the correct level in a group (the boys did ski much faster than the girls making keeping up a bit of a struggle!) Some may wonder why we take lessons when making major changes this late in the game is unlikely, -- we can always make small changes and have a great time with interesting English speaking people!

Max 6 in a class our granddaughters made a huge improvement. Their instructor, Sarah, was great & also made it such fun too. She alternated the order they skied behind her, so that the slowest wasn't always the last. A handwritten report for each child at the end of the week. Highly recommend.

Didn't get lessons with summit, but myself and my partner were struggling in the snow today and a top bloke from summit came over at rothorn and helped us up the hill.Didn't catch the blokes name, but he was really kind and offered us some skiing advice.Will definitely go with them in future.

We scheduled a family private lesson with Sam P. We have two sons age 9 and 11 and one daughter age 14. We scheduled a three hour afternoon lesson for our family. Sam was fantastic. My daughter is a very timid skier and my sons are adventurous. My husband and I are low intermediate level skiers. The lesson was fantastic. Sam was patient and encouraging with my daughter and fun and daring with the boys. No one was bored and no one was too scarred! Sam was able to adjust his teaching for each person in our family. We skied the blue slopes at the top of the Sunegga lift and spent a thoroughly enjoyable afternoon together as a family with Sam in the lead. I would highly recommend Summit Ski School for the organization, ease of booking and quality of the instructors.

Our 8 yo went to group classes with Ash and the rest of the family went for a private lesson with Jamie. Really impressed by all of them. Cannot recommend enough.

My two teenage sons and I had 4 private lessons with Dave F over Christmas . Thoroughly enjoyed all the sessions and we all felt that we had learnt a lot from Dave's careful tuition. Lessons were a great balance between theory and practice. Just what we all needed. Cannot wait to get back on the skis again.

Had 3 private sessions with Paul for myself and 14 year old son. Paul essentially guided and trained as we went on my ageing style and a little bit of off- piste and freestyle tricks for my son. As an old duffer I'm afraid I need to understand the science and Paul was able to provide this in spades. Great days and skills improved to boot! Do it and enjoy. These guys will tailor to your exact needs, including changing as you go.

From the moment I made contact with Paul I knew we were in safe hands. They responded to enquiries and we set it all up with ease. Dad and daughter lessons are probably not easy as daughter progresses more quickly and is less nervy on the slopes! Dave M the instructor was brilliant and the whole thing was well organised and well executed.

summit has many friendly ski instructors who are knowledgeable and friendly. it was the second time we had lessons with summit and we are certainly very impressed with them. more importantly, we were able to learn and improve our techniques in the private lesson with the help of our lovely instructor in a fun manner as well.
