由于好评如潮,我们也选择了Guy Bremond的酒窖,结果确实这个好名声不是凭空得来的。让这次品酒经历锦上添花的是Guy这个人的人格魅力,他经验丰富,风趣幽默,亲切热情。在酒窖的一个小时好像过得特别快,在令人印象深刻的环境里,感受着红酒酒窖的温度湿度,我们品尝了一些珍稀的红酒,感到无比享受。还有一点值得一提,就是老板根本不会刻意推销,寄望客人买什么东西,你不会感到他们有什么企图,或者使用了什么推销手段。Guy真的很出色,他的卖点就是资历,还有很会讲故事,有他在,即便你花钱也花的很舒服。我们最后消费超过100欧,但是感觉淘到宝了:)

这是我目前为止参加的最棒的品酒之旅。店家非常好客,知识渊博,售卖的红酒品质极高。忘了Chateauneuf其他店家吧,这才是你的目的地,在高高的山坡上,宁静悠远。我每年都会再来。另外如果你不能亲自过来,店里也可以接收订货,寄送伦敦。

如果你在佩普新堡,并且喜欢红葡萄酒,那一定要去这里。不管你懂得多少,凯会让你有一种在家的感觉。所有的葡萄酒都很棒,运回美国非常容易。我们去旅行之后,还通过电子邮件订过酒,也没有问题。一定要去!

This was one of the highlights of our week in CdP. Mathias was a great host, and you can tell enjoys his job which made the visit even better. Tasted both Blanc and Rouge, and enjoyed being able to experience different producers at the tasting. I think we bought three cases there alone it was so good. Will be back!!!!!

Les Caves Saint Charles was by far the best experience I ever had, from the many types of wine we had and knowledge you gain from the regions wine to the atmosphere of the Pope's old cave system. Mathias was our sommelier and he couldn't be more friendlier despite our bad French, his English was very good. I thought the prices would of been very high but they were priced very good so we brought home a couple of bottles we don't dare to open yet.I can't believe we found the place the way we did, we were looking for it not trying to be late but you can get so lost in those windy streets. Wish we had more time or another day to spend there

loved the setting, the information and of course the wine! Guy was great and we are still enjoying the many bottles we had sent over. This is a must do.

The only shopping you can do in Chateauneuf du Pape is definitely wine. There are literally hundreds of cellars and wine shops in which you can taste and buy wine. Guy's place is different in a few aspects: First, he is not a producer, thus can be more objective when presenting and recommending certain wines. Second, the setting in an antique cellar is very impressive. Guy is well-traveled and speaks fluent English, which is a blessing for many tourists. As is the case with the whole upper village paring is a nightmare, but Guy has a small space and will expertly park your car in his diminutive lot.There were only the two of us, and we extremely enjoyed the tasting and explanation. P.S. Guy will also ship abroad.

Sir, It must be a problem in the booking process somewhere I live above my cellar and I have no point to close my door to Clients at all ! .Double checking my agenda ( google agenda ) your name doesn't show ! however we had 2 appointments last part of the previous week where clients never show , were you one of thoses ? .I feell extremely sorry for you but right on the left of the entry of the cave in large letters you have our phone number , web site and mail and I am pretty reachable all day ( 8.30 am to 10.00 pm ) Make sure next time you plan to come to the area that we can met .I will be delighted to welcome you .with my warmest regardsGuy Bremond / Owner / Les Caves Saint Charles SAS / Chateauneuf du pape / France
