      这里之所以评价这么高真的是有它的原因的,而且这是大家公认的,毫无异议。这个基安蒂葡萄园真的太美了。我们在那儿上了瑞塔的烹饪课,度过了美好的一天。她一点儿英语都不会说,而斯尔瓦诺一整天又在准备午餐和品酒等事宜,所以有些时候我们理解起来非常困难,不过这次的体验也完全值了。我们是早上9点半到的,烹饪课本身是5个小时的时间,我们做了意大利式甜点、团子、意大利干面条、佛卡夏面包还有胡椒粉饼干。之后我们在他们那美丽的阳台上用了餐,在那上可以俯瞰这整个地区。我们直到下午4点半才离开,这真的是一次非常美好的体验,我们永远都不会忘记。我们每一个人基本上都不怎么下厨,不过这次体验真挺值的。、

      I was on this place with my family for what is called "light lunch". This was an amazing experience. Silvano is a very nice person, and we were able to learn a lot in a few hours. After a short tour at the cellars, we have a great experience tasting different kind of foods, made with the ingredients they produce on the place, all organics. Special notes to the balsamic vinegar and different combinations of use. Congratulations to Silvano, the family and the people that work on this place. You make a real difference on what you make.

      Me and my husband, really enjoyed our visit to the tenuta casanova. For sure, this place was one of our highlights, in our vacation. The best part of the tour, was the tasting of a variety of wine, balsamic vinegar, olive oil and the truffle oil. That we were able to purchased to bring home. Everything was perfect, i would definitely recommend this tour to family and friends.

      This was the second time I have taken this cooking class and I was not disappointed. Rita and Silvano are wonderful hosts and the class includes a tour of the winery and balsalmic vinegar facility. You also get to eat the lunch you have prepared.The class is very hands on and everything is explained beautifully. I would recommend this class to anyone wanting to learn more about Tuscan cooking.

      Silvano thanks so much for your intelligence in presenting your organic products grown in your vineyard. The information you shared about growing grapes for great wines, grape juice and vinegar for balsamic, and wonderful olive oils were with me to keep. You and Rita are a good pair like the wine and food pairing you guys presented. It was very well presented and deliciously tasteful. The view of your vineyard from your restaurant can make people envious of what you have accomplished as a vet doctor. The rich garden, the animals roaming around, the birds singing, the store, the kitchen, your talented chef, Rita, your heart giving to the poor in Kenya, what more could you ask for? We had a GREAT DAY! For sure we will enjoy the products we purchased and received in the mail. Thanks again for giving us a wonderful experience.

      We had our concierge arrange a day trip to Siena and surrounding area but had no idea what a special place Tenuta Casanova was until our driver Jonis pulled into the drive. He knew of this organic farm and vineyard and chose it for our tour. Absolutely the highlight of our family trip! Silvano and Rita were most gracious hosts. The love of their property and enthusiasm of producing their wine, olive oil and balsamic is so apparent in every aspect of our tour. We were lucky to be in the cellar the day after the first press of some of their olive trees. The aroma was delightful but continued as we walked in further to the cellar to experience his wines and the balsamic vinegar. What an amazing smell! Listening to Silvano explain the process was enlightening-I had no idea of the time it took to make the vinegar. After the tour, we experienced wine tasting and the best meal we had in all of Italy. Everything they served was produced and farmed on their organic property. It was truly an amazing adventure and I recommend it to everyone who visits Tuscany. Before you leave the vineyard, be sure to purchase his excellent wine and other products. I wish I was able to take advantage of the cooking classes they offered. But maybe another trip--hope so! Thank you Silvano for the tour and hospitality.
