This place isn't really somewhere you go for the night life unless you want to relax. Its a restaurant/ cafe area and most people in town know about it especially the taxi drivers which makes it easily accessible and a great place to have meetings. Its close to most places including the centre and equipetrol. It is in walking distance from most places and on the corner you will find burger king and the big statue of christ in the middle of the road so its easy to find. You have a wide range of places to choose from mostly cafes and restaurants although you will find some great little ice cream places also. This is a great place to relax with friends or have business meetings or even just to go for breakfast.

I wouldn't go out of my way to get here, but if you're passing by around mealtime there are some good outdoor restaurants here. The variety is pretty good, so you should be able to find something you like.

Avenida repleta de bares, cafés e restaurantes (alguns de gosto duvidoso), que se converteu em uma ótima opção para curtir a noite cruceña. Há também muitos brasileiros na área tornando o clima bem familiar. Sugiro dar uma volta na avenida para escolher o lugar mais animado.

Avenida cheia de bares e lugares gostosos pra sentar e conversar com amigos, a comida também e muito boa apesar de diferente da nossa.

Desde Plaza 24 de Setiembre, tomando por la calle del mismo nombre hacia el norte, luego de recorrer 7 cuadras se llega al Primer Anillo. Continuando hacia el norte, la calle se transforma en un boulevard con el nombre de Av. Monseñor Rivero. Se extiende a lo largo de cinco cuadras hasta el Segundo Anillo, en donde se encuentra la estatua del Cristo Redentor.En su primera cuadra se encuentra la Plaza del Estudiante, con la Biblioteca Municipal y el Palacio de Justicia, torre de 104 metros de altura y que es un ícono de Santa Cruz.Desde la segunda cuadra y hasta el final, en el Cristo Redentor, se encuentran casi uno al lado del otro restaurantes, cafés, bares y lugares de entretenimiento. Esto hace que la Av. Monseñor Rivero sea un lugar de concurrencia masiva de gente, sobre todo de noche, y, en particular, los fines de semana.Si se visita Santa Cruz, este es un paseo nocturno obligado.
