Its just an empty concrete plaza with dome steps down to a man made lake which isn't very well kept. Next to it there is a good market though - shoes, clothing, fresh fruit, street food and anything else you might need on offer. Got warned not to go at night because its not safe

The park was renovated and reopened in 2009. The park has a lagoon where, before the renovation, you could rent small boats to cruise around. Now, that attraction is no longer permitted. The park is cleaner than before, but not as active.

... go to this park. The lake is nice, you can rent boats and row on the lake. It's not as clean as plaza de 24, but still very much worthwhile a visit!

It is an interesting location to see it is a park in between the INJUSTICE palace and the bad side of downtown so be carefull when you visit the location

Volgens de lonely planet zou hier ook het museo etno-folclorico staan, maar om een of andere reden is dat niet meer zo. Het park bestaat voornamelijk uit beton en behalve een vijver is er weinig te zien.

Es un lindo parque, el entorno es un poco frenético, mucha gente. Se dice que la zona es un poco insegura, pero si no andas mostrando la cámara o el teléfono todo el tiempo, no pasa nada. Dentro del parque no sentí miedo.Hay muchas bancas para descansar, pero siento que le falta algo para ser un destino atractivo. Estuve 20 minutos y sentí que no había nada más que hacer allí.

Não tem muito verde por isso me parece mais uma praça, a água lançada gera bonitas fotos...muitos locais se reunem estando sempre cheio de gente.

no vayan y si van vayan con algo para protegerse, es sumamente peligroso hay muchos ladrones que roban en el día a la vista de los demás y no puedes hacen nada ya que esta armado y hay gente de mala vida allí cuidado !!!

Um parque bonito, próximo ao centro, onde pode-se fugir um pouco da cidade, contudo, muito estranhamente, as áreas verdes são raras

Un lugar para sentarse a comer un helado o algo bastante tranquilo ,nada fuera de lo normal pero si bastante agradable .
