Circle Pines is very well maintained. Fairways were cut just right, rough is well you know rough and the greens were fast but not overly hard to read. I have to say there are a few strategically placed old growth trees located in the middle of the fairways that add to the challenge. The pace of play was good considering it was a long weekend and the staff were very nice. I would say this course is a hidden gem and well worth the money. 8 out of 10. I would highly recommend it to my friends.

I was quite surprised at the condition of the course and the fact that I had originally thought it was only for military personnel. Boy was I wrong. This course is a gem that not everyone knows about. The condition of the course was great and the greens are in fantastic condition.The course itself is a fair test for all caliber of golfers.I happened to cold call them when I was in the area and the staff were more than accommodating, even suggesting since I wanted to play on a Friday that if I wore a red shirt they would give me a military rate. (It is a ongoing special they have on Fridays).If you are in the Barrie area, I would highly recommend this golf course

I can't say enough about Borden Golf Club the course is in great shape deer running around it was very nice to play there.
