i was so tired by then but it was lovely! these monuments in santiago city are well taken care of and adored by the locals!it reminded me lots of the monuments in jamaica! sad story behind some of them but that's history right? enjoy* take kids

The monument is a dedication to the slaves , it is a nice monument set up in the hillside of the village of El Cobre not far from the Basilica. If you decide to visit be prepared to walk up about 70 stairs , it is worth the walk up as it offers a fantastic view of the countryside & the nearby Basilica.

es un monumento ubicado en el cobre desde el cual cuando subes a cima de la loma dnd se encuentra hubicado puedes ver el santuario del cobre y las minas del cobre, dnd se encuentra una de las lagunas naturales mas bonitas d la ciudad debido al color de sus aguas por el mineral,

por el entorno de la iglesia de la caridad se puede ver este lindo monumento, no dejes de visitarlo, también veras las canteras del cobre y recientemente donde se ha encontrado oro.. el paisaje, las montañas y la tranquilidad del lugar lo convierten en una santuario
