This attraction has no "thermal" to it at all. There were two pools, both cool, and you had to pay extra to have someone watch your belongings. The admission attendant was rude. The changing rooms were dank, cement cells with no lighting or conveniences. I think the local folk were having a great time, there were about 50 people in the small kids pool. It is a great place for them to frolic in a regular pool, but I am not paying $5 for something advertised as thermal which is actually a little chilly. They also advertised an inflatable slide called The Tobaggen which was collapsed on the ground. We asked for our money back and left.

Nice public pools, inexpensive.Most guide books are misleading and should do better research instead of copying from each other, calling it 'Thermal Pools' or 'Hot Springs', in fact they are simple, but clean public pools with luke warm water in the 2 smaller ones, and cool and refreshing water in the big pool.Perfect if you want to go for a swim on a sunny day, but not really hot. Entrance fee is Colones 2000.-

like the other 2 reviews, went there 4 days ago, its cool to warm swimming pools, 3 total, one almost olympic size, not natural outings or settings, the water is from hot springs but moderately diluted so you cant smell the sulfur or anything and is only lukewarm. just not what we expected when advertised as "hot springs". not cheap either, 4 bucks per person. still got some good swimming out of it.

I guess it depends what you are looking for. This is basically a public swimming pool with a cheap entrance fee. I went expecting natural hot springs or something of that sort and was surprised to find that the pools were not natural the the water not warm.

El restaurante , rápido el servicio, comida rápida , nada especial para comer . Mucha gente en la piscina, el problema no es de la empresa es que llega muchísima gente . Tiene salvavidas, ranchitos para llevar comida ( llegue super temprano o se queda sin lugar ) , amplio restaurante , cancha de básquet, fútbol, tres piscinas, cobran la entrada , te ponen sello , no hay recibo por dinero .

La entrada al lugar no es nada impresionante como la de un bar restaurante, el precio es equivalente a lo que ofrecen ya que posee 4 piscinas con agua tibia de diferentes tamaños pero son como la ducha de la casa, la cantidad de gente es mucha en vacaciones y parece casi "ojo de agua" pero en Orosi, la diferencia es quizas la seguridad pues hay servicio de salvavidas, permiten el ingreso de alimentos, posee canchas para jugar, ranchitos, un tobogan inflable. Los niños no quieren salir y se entretienen.Para los adultos que algo mas relajante y rustico con piedra volcanica y aguas mas termales con vapor, sin mucha multitud de gente y demás les recomiendo mejor ir a la Fortuna de San Carlos ya que esta es una opcion mas cerca y familiar.

Es un lugar modesto, no muy grande pero en el que se puede disfrutar un día tranquilo en ese valle tan hermoso que es Orosi, el trayecto en transporte público es bastante bueno y el personal es muy atento, además de la seguridad de los guardavidas, que hacen que si viajas con niños tengas un poco mas de tranquilidad. Lo único que puedo decir es que faltan un poco más de mesitas, porque si se llena bastante!!

Es un lugar bastate agradable donde se puede disfrutar en famila, amigos o solo al mismo tiempo se disfrutade la naturalezaque nos regala nuestro pais tiene buenas piscinas tanto para adultos como para niños de todas las edades y el precio es execible

Con 5 piscinas, una de ella de agua fria(muy fría) y las otras con aguas tibias y una pileta de agua termal bien calientita! Tiene zonas verdes para hacer picnic, además tiene baños y duchas, amplio parqueos, muy visitado por lo que recomiendo en horas tempranas de la mañana!

Présenté comme une piscine thermale, ce n'est en réalité qu'une piscine publique dont l'entrée est tout de même facturée 4$. Nous nous attendions à trouver des sources d'eau chaudes naturelles mais les bassins n'avaient rien d'extraordinaire... Des piscines et une eau tout se qu'il y a de plus "normale"...
