If you are looking for a professional, trustful and responsible partner for a wonderful safari in Kenya this is it!When we decided to spend our holidays in kenya and also to do a safari we wrote several . And as soon as we got the first answers it was clear, that we will book with glorious. Whereas we got more or less a standard answer from most of them, we received a very personal answer from glorious within hours taking all the questions we stated into consideration and explaining everything. Honestly, some of the others were slightly cheeper, but it is all worth. E.g. when we had a delay of not less then 12h on our flight to Mombasa I just send a short Email to Shadrack, the manager, and they took care of everything - book a hotel for the first night, change the whole trip 1 day and everything straightforward. He even came to see us in the hotel early next morning make sure everything is ok and wish us a good trip.We booked a 4 nights 5 days private Trip and got several suggestions for lodges from which we choose. Next time we would probably do a longer trip. You have to drive quite a bit to get to the different parks so it is convenient to stay 2 nights at some of the parks. If you plan to go the Amboseli or one of the parks upcountry you can also fly to Nairobi and end the trip in Mombasa to safe some miles. We did start in Mombasa and visited Tsavo East - Amboseli - Tsavo West - Lions Bluff and then back to Mombasa And our Driver Shauri was absolutely perfect! He knows really everything about the parks, the animals, the people who live there..... and he is eagle-eyed! He can spot things we could just see with binocular - thanks good, there is one in the car. We always felt absolutely safe and best taken care of.We really had a grate time thanks to the professional organization from glorious and the brilliant companionship of Shauri.We will definitely come back and book again with glorious!

Highly professional and kind! I contacted them before arriving to Kenya - their reply was the most comprehensive one, offering a lot of information, and the quickest. We expressed our wishes and they were happy to fullfill them and they were helpful with their suggestions. They visited us at the hotel to arrange the things - we didn't have to go anywhere. My boyfriend and I were alone in the van because we wanted so and it was great - a private safari just for the two of us. The driver/guide was very kind, polite and professional. We also had a night game drive - definitely worth it! Everything was perfect.

I'm very impressed with Glorious Safaris despite the fact that I haven't even travelled with them. Our Thomson holiday was cancelled due to the current security concerns which meant that our GS safari had to be cancelled too. When I contacted Shadrack at GS, he immediately offered to refund the deposit (some other safari companies haven't, apparently) and alternatively offered a discount if I chose to carry the booking over to next year. They had dealt with my many safari queries politely and efficiently throughout and came up with a great package at a very good price. If and when the security situation returns to normal, GS will be hearing from me.Please ignore the date of our visit which Tripadvisor insists on being filled in.

Just returned from my latest safari trip to Kenya and yet again the whole experience was organised and facilitated by Glorious Safaris. The compnany name really is appropriate as Shadrack and his team really know about customer service and what it means. From my first email to obtain my quote through to saying goodbye their service is first class. They have a UK office and bank account which makes lifea little easier. For anyone considering a safari in Africa this is the only Company I would consider using and when I plan my next trip to Africa Shadrack will be the first person I contact
