I liked the feeding time early morning 10am and evening 4pm. all animals come out and you can have good photos ! The fee is little as compared to national parks. The guides are good full of knowledge and safety measures but sometime they assume blacks for wazungu which is not good ! all in all i had fun and went to the other side of nature trails with ma wife for a good walk n fun !

Haller Park was a nice and beautiful place to visit. I especially likes the very big turtles that walked around the park;)

If you happen to be in Mombasa with kids in the tow, haller park is a nice place to take them. There is a 100 year old turtle here. Walking/cycling trails and giraffes to feed. A green zone in the midst of a sleepy city of Mombasa that is frequented by tourists and locals alike. Haller park is right opposite to the biggest mall in Mombasa, the city mall. Quite convenient that ways. Situated on the north coast of Mombasa on the Mombasa - Malindi highway, its a little away from Mombasa island as such. But most likely you will be staying in one of the many beach hotels on the north coast so you will be close to this park. If you happen to stay on the south coast, then you are a ferry ride and a few kilometers away.Worth a visit overall.

Haller Park visit is a Must, if you visit Mombasa. There are 2 areas where you can park. Should you park or take a Matatu stop at the entrance on the Malindi Road (close to Nakumatt).. You will enjoy a most wonderful walk. It is clearly signposted. When you get to the reception area, you can request a guide should you need one. Make sure to visit the Park at "Feeding Times" You can personally feed the Giraffes, but the Hippos and Crocodiles get fed by the staff of Haller Park. Interesting too, is the Fish Farming section. You need a whole afternoon to see all, breathe it all in. The other parking area in the Park, alongside Bamburi Cement.... where you will encounter many Huge Tortoises wandering around...

I never had of a park in Mombasa but was suprised to visit one after a friend's recommendation. Guess it is under Bamburi cement industry and I felf touched because of their nature concern. Good workand lovely relaxing place.

Haller park is well worth a visit for a day out. I have been 5 times in all the time i have been visiting Kenya. There is lots to see, you can either go round by yourself following the designated footpaths or you can be supplied with a guide. There is a refreshment bar where you can sit and relax and obsorb more of what is around you such as the monkeys and the different types of colourfull birds etc.there is lots to see of interest, well worth a visit for a relaxing day out.

The park is a long the main road to Malindi. Quite well kept but I expected more guides to direct us on what to do in the park. Something the management would want to address
