I organized everything from home through email with Masoud – we had a very smooth communication and he was very flexible and attentive to my demands. The driver was there on the day that we have fixed waiting for us in front of the hotel.The first trip was to the Rock restaurant and back - the driver did a small tour in Paje too, we had time to visit and to stay on the beach.The next day we did one day tour to Stone Town and the Spice Tour, the driver was very polite and the guide in Stone Town was always next to us. He made us visiting the town but also he stayed with us while we were buying souvenirs in the shops. The prices are the best ( I have asked offers from 4 others tours company); Babu tours was from far away the most competitive one.What I liked the most was the flexibility - we wanted to go to a SPA in Stone Town the driver and even the tour guide wait for us more than 2hours.When I came back home I just realize that when we bought a masai wood carving the store forgot to wrap the shield. Thanks to Masoud who went to the store we will be able to have the complete piece. I cannot thank him enough for the help.Definitely recommended!

Definitely the best value for transport and tours in Zanzibar. We resort-hop so needed a reliable company to transport us to/from airports and between resorts. Just gave them dates and times and we had a driver arrive (on time) as requested. The vehicles were clean, comfortable and air-conditioned and the drivers friendly, professional and efficient. Also organised a last minute tour of Stone Town and Spice farms through them - with limited time and a big itinerary we saw more than expected and were dropped at the airport in plenty of time. Definitely recommended!

for lack of better word I would settle for exceptional service.. My wife and I had an amazing time on our honeymoon, from the ambiance of the Tembo hotel, beach walk in evening, the night market at the docks, well arranged stone town tour, later on a spice tour and a time of our lives at la gemma..once we landed at the shores of the Zanzibar port our only worry was to have fun..our transfers, initial bookings and tours were well handled by babu tours..Mosoud is extremely friendly, punctual, knowledgeable and shall go out of his way to ensure your comfort For the best bargains, spots and experience of Zanzibar I highly recommend Babu tours, you made us desire never to leave Zanzibar

Very good service. Friendly driver with good driving skills.Airport pick up: cheaper then hotel.Very reliable.Booked a spice tour with them; interesting how to see how vanilla and cinnamon grows.I would recommend them!

Babu Tours arranged our airport transfers when we visited Zanzibar in September. We found the company to be extremely reliable and professional. Both guys who drove us were waiting for us (first at the airport and then when taking us back from Melia Zanzibar) and were very friendly. We would definitely recommend this new company and we wish Masoud and the other guys well. Hopefully we get to use the company again in the future.

We (my husband and I, and our 3 young adult-aged kids) had a great time in Zanzibar. We were there 4 nights and spent all of our time in Stone Town (the most exotic place we've ever visited) except for one day at the beach (magnificent beach with soft beautiful sand and great snorkeling). Zanzibar is a remarkable place and unique experience. We relied on Masoud of Babu Tours to arrange our transfers, hotel reservations, and beach/snorkeling excursion. I arranged everything with him in advance via e-mail from Canada and he was responsive and very helpful. Most importantly, he was absolutely reliable. We would be happy to work with him again.
