      They are very misleading in advertisements and deals .. They fail to tell you ( buy a hundred, get a hundred ) consist of your hundred and four monthly gift cards to spend .. When you go to use their gift cards , it can only be used toward their services .. So I got my hair cut, $45.00 .. The guy brushed my perm hair , never offered a wash and my hair cut was uneven .. I had to pay another salon to fix my hair .. They were shocked when I told them what I paid for such a terrible hair cut .. Please save your money .. The services are over rated and the staff was very snotty..

      I have had facials at very different spas over the years but this was one of the oddest. Extractions were painful and done with tweezers to the point of my eyes watering. I also have scarring today and pain around my nose area. I've had probably 20 facials in my life from single owned shops to five-star spas and never had that happen. It was more painful than laser which I had done just 3 months ago.The other areas of the shop were beautiful but empty. The hairdressers were talking amongst themselves and the staff at the desk appeared to be high school age and doing the same. No skin care recommendations were made and I was interested as I had just finished a product line and needed to start again. My esthetician was super nice but I have to guess from the other staffing issues I saw maybe not trained enough or well paid.While the facility was beautifully decorated the relaxation area was just a few sofas with a water/coffee bar. Suffice to say I was expecting more with the extensive treatments they offer.

      Clarify the price of what you are having done before you do it. A few friends wanted to go as a pampered night out so I went. I hadn't realized there was a pattern when each time I went previously I was told a price at checkout higher than what I was originally told and charged before. I always questioned the price increase and it was adjusted back to what I had paid previously (except for my next to last appointment where I was told all their services had a price increase). I just figured the cashier was young and this was an honest mistake. I noted on another review this occurred to them and I've had coworkers complain of being charged more at checkout than they'd been quoted. At one appointment I was actually told my bill was $80 for something I had historically paid $20. The cashier had to check with someone then came back and said I could pay the $20. She was very apologetic and we laughed about the error. Just check your pricing carefully before and after. If possible have them give you something that has the charges written out prior to being seen.

      I gave them the benefit of doubt, considering I've went there a lot over the years sinve they opened.. Almost rock bottom! The service was horrible. They (3) watched me wait for nearly 15 minutes before asking if I had appointment (no they were not busy). There is no place to sit until they took me back. Not cool. Then decided to do botox, half my forehead she got the muscle the other she did not. When trying to get it taken care of she owned "NOTHING". Prices are ridiculously high on botox. Highly recommended going to a plastic surgeon vs. someone who is "suppose" trained. Very disappointed they went downhill.

      Hi Brittany. We are truly sorry that you were not happy with your experience at Tuscan. If a customer is not happy with their experience, we always want the opportunity to make things right and we regret that you did not contact us directly to let us know you were unhappy with your service. We are confident in Kacie's abilities as a stylist, as she has 7+ years of experience and has many happy repeat customers. We spoke with her and she felt that she did the cut as requested and remembers you saying that you liked it and did not want her to do anything differently. You even allowed us to take before/after pictures for social media. Had you expressed to us at the time (or afterward) that you were unhappy with the cut, we would have done everything we could to fix that. We do want to apologize for the fact that you were cut with the clippers and we immediately replaced her clippers after that regrettable incident. Regarding the comment about our demandforce.com reviews, like all other review websites, business owners are not allowed or physically able to remove negative reviews from demandforce unless they can prove that the review is false, is abusive or illegal, violates privacy, or not from a customer.

      I used to go there to have my eyelashes tinted but they increased the price $10. Huge price increase when the kit to do about 50 tintings is only $49.99 at the highest I have seen it. You can get it on Amazon for $19.99. Extremely overpriced.

      I have only had pedicures at Tuscan....But it's the only place I will go. No hidden costs like the asian people at the mall that you can't understand.....Relaxing and clean atmosphereRefreshing to be offered a beverage, and snacks (FREE)Staff is friendly, and well-dressed. The ONLY negative I have about Tuscan is the fact that they tried to over-charge me, and I have gotten phone calls letting me know they have appointments available....kinda like a telemarketer. I wouldn't give them my cell phone number again...

      This is an excellent spa and with nice atmoshere and very pleasant staff. Wish they could open one up in my area as there is a need.
