If the Arena is our Municipal Stadium, it brings many good acts and lotsa sports to our town. Use it as we all partially own it !

Since I was in Bing for the day and the B-Mets were in town, I wanted to see some of the Mets prospects. I got to the park around 4:00pm for batting practices and watched both teams hit and field. Right before game time, all the Mets players were very accommodating signing autographs for the fans and my kids. Nimmo, Matz, Herrera, Leathersich and many more. They had a great time because it wasn't crowded and the players were so accessible and friendly. 4 tickets = $40. Parking $4. Food was reasonable I guess but I'm from NYC and used to overpriced stadium food. One negative was there was a kids' play area but they charged a fee. That's why the play area was empty. They should let the kids play for free with price of admission.

No traffic,no tolls, parked for free on a side street--and to think we were going to drive 4 hours to watch the lowly Mets play at Citifield and pay $22 tp park!!. Great laid back ballpark with very knowledgeable fans--sometimes there will only be a 1000 of them there-but they are into it. Section 14 row 2-you are right on the field behind 1st base for $11--AA ball is very good as that is where the talent is stacked up. You can actually look into mets bullpen and watch warmups as you enter RF gate---get there early the players are right there in RF warming up-just go up to railing for autographs--if you grab a seat at the picnic tables there I am guaranteeing 2 foul balls for you .Ate before we went, but At the Lupo stand, Sam Adams draft for $5 was very reasonable, popcorn a little pricy, didnt try anything else not much in the way of venders--They do have a wine stand believe it or not which i havnt seen around alot $6 glass-bathrooms clean and large-most concessions are underneath the stadium which i kind of liked as it bought back memories of the old yankee and shea stadiums.Very kid friendly--they handed out cookies one inning-let them run across the field and dance on the dugout--music is kept to a reasonable level and amout-thank god--RAP MUSIC DOES NOT HAVE TO BE BLASTED AFTER EVERY SINGLE PITCH,ANYWHERE!!Wife allready wants to go back--there is sun for those 6.30 starts on the 1st base side-lasts about an hour. Neiborhood a little questionable and did not really see any bars or restaurants that were close-but maybe we missed them. Highly recommend the double tree if you stay over.

State of the art if this were the 1960s, it represents an adequate baseball experience with few amenities that will hopefully be revitalized if the surrounding Binghamton area has the same resurgence.

I'm not a huge sports fan, but others in my family are, and this is a very inexpensive and fun outing for us all. Tickets are as low as $2. There are frequent giveaways, so check the website. Concessions are also pretty affordable, especially compared to major league parks. I highly recommend the pulled pork sandwiches! The more avid fans in the family like to predict who will be the up-and-coming Mets stars. There is usually plenty of parking (small fee), but on fireworks nights they block off half of the parking lot so it becomes a real problem unless you get there very early.

Traveled from Toronto to Binghamton to see the Mets / Blue Jays AA matchup. Wife is a Mets fan, was her birthday weekend. Got free tickets from a lady outside the stadium who did not want to go in because it was overcast. Went in, but the game was called due to rain. Still cool to check out the stadium and the surroundings.

Small venue with affordable ticket prices and all seats offer a good view. Basic baseball food options are available at decent prices. There are train tracks just beyond the left field fence, so in the middle of a game a train can go rolling by - love that.

NYSEG Stadium is home to the Binghamton Mets, a Double A affiliate of the New York Mets. The stadium is not old in the least, but is aging. This is a no frills, fairly basic stadium but all seating have backs, arm rests and cup holders. The stadium in large enough to hold a decent crowd (6,000) but all have a close and great view of the field. Drink and food choices are limited compared to others but reasonably priced. Ticket prices are all under $11, parking only $3.Fans seem loyal and the on-field activities while the teams changing sides, are enjoyable but low key. Overall a very reasonably priced, comfortable and enjoyable baseball venue.(If you want to sit in the shade, chose sets behind home plate and the 3rd base side)

No traffic to fight.(NYC I have a problem with traffic). The price is very, very reasonable. Box seats $9- $12. Other seats maybe $5. I went for the box seats with the team dugout below. Jason Turner was there the day I went (7/17/13). Interesting--real nice guy. Have kids ---go. They keep you entertained with not only with soon to be big income players, giveaways(pizza,t-shirts) dance cam, kids games.etc. Sometimes the promotions are unbelievable. Staff always helpful. I do not know what else but to say---- it is a great place.
