I love this stadium, and I'm not even much of a baseball fan. I love it because it's beautiful, clean, fun, and there are no bad seats. I love to sit and watch the spring and summer evenings, the people, and yes, the game too. There are often wonderful fireworks, some of the best ever, after many of the games, and some of the food is really good for ballpark food (think large grilled hamburgers, big enough for two!) Love it!

but don't eat the food. That's not fair. Don't eat the food at the regular concessions. This is a very nice place to catch a ballgame. The parking is easy and inexpensive; and there isn't a bad seat in the house. The BMets might be the best place to see the real prospects being home to David Wright, Daniel Murphy, Matt Harvey and lots of other prospects over the years. The biggest warning about going to a game here is the food. The regular hot dogs are very possibly illegal in 30-40 states and the french fries will stay with you for hours, and hours. Try one of the specialty vendors like Lupos for better food. A great family venue with a play area for when the little ones can't pay attention to the game anymore.

Yearning for live baseball and citfield is too much of a hassle and expense--Lets try the AA Mets-whole family was willing to give it a try--2 hour gorgeous ride from albany on uncrowded highway-no tolls either---3 to park 9 for tickets first row behind the 1stbasemen--awesome seats. Mets bullpen in full view down the left field line, walk right up and watch-players in the same place giving autographs,10 hats for sale,1.50 hotdogs-yes you saw that right, nice little laid back stadium, hardcore fans, music not too loud, very good baseball, bathrooms large and clean, fun zone down left field line ,closes early though, shade down the 1stbase line higher up,highly recomend forbaseball family outing.

We caught a B-Mets game at this stadium on a Friday night. Walked up to the box office twenty minutes before the game and got seats in the second row behind home plate! This stadium, as well as the city of Binghamton, has seen better days. I had heard the stadium is in a bad area, but we didn't have any trouble. The crowd was small, but filled with a lot of families. Unfortunately they seem to cheer louder when a fan catches a foul ball in the stands then they do for the actual team. I've never been to such a quiet game. The stadium was built in the early nineties and it shows its age. What I loved about this place was the small town feel in the middle of this city. Very friendly people working at the stadium, $1 hotdogs (when we're used to paying upwards of $8 for a hotdog at a game!) $3 parking, balloons and crafts for kids, great prices in the gift shop, concession people grilling out in the open, live music before the game and a fireworks show after. You can't beat that for the price.Try the local specialty of salt potatos and spiedies at "Lupos" located towards the right field gate. All in all, a fun experience and a cheap night out, Especially if you're a Mets fan, it's interesting to watch their AA team. .
