This is an amazing little small town studio! The classes and instructors are great and there is something to offer beginners as well as seasoned yogis. Well worth the drive from Lake Placid but luckily I live within a 10 minute walk so I get to enjoy the affordable classes regularly. Definitely a must if you're passing through the area and want a wonderful relaxation break. The space is well designed and decorated too so it sets the perfect mood that is hard to put into words. You gotta check it our for yourself!
