Poor knowledge on subject matter and substandard customer service. Seemed as if they have more than enough loyal customers to tend to a potential new one. I'm sure taking my buisness elsewhere won't hurt them a bit, but still was disgusted enough with the service that I was compelled to take the time to write this review.

I've been to indoor shooting ranges from Tennessee to Dallas, Houston, and San Antonio and this one compares very favorably to all of them. No reloads or steel cased ammo and you must buy one of their targets to start with ($1.95). Practice ammo is available at a very reasonable price and gun rentals are available. A complete gun store is inside the same building. Right now it's 25-yard targets with 100-yard range coming soon. Located near the Laredo Energy Arena off of Loop 20 and Jacaman Road. If you like to shoot this is the place to do it.
