Just like with the Cain's ballroom the Brady theater is an amazing venue to see your favorite bands at. It is at the center of the historic Brady district with bars and outdoor music. The Brady theater is larger and gets a lot of wonderful acts that come through their doors. My one and only complaint about the Brady is the bathrooms, but for a 100 year old building what can you expect:)

We attended a concert there Tuesday evening, hadn't been there in years. For some reason, we were under the impression the interior had been modernized and we disappointed to discover otherwise. The lobby bar and souvenir stand further caused a bottleneck. There were few ushers, we were mistakenly seated in the wrong area and moved to a different area ten minutes later. The concert had started but people were still walking in - don't recall ever seeing that in Las Vegas show. People were holding up cell phones to watch the concert, it was distracting. The seating was a bit tight and two couples in the row behind us got into an argument, because one person stepped on the other person's foot. We noticed more empty seats after the intermission and both of us had headaches from the overly loud sounds system. When Sarah McLachlan invited the orange bracelet holders on stage, we seized the opportunity to leave. The upsides to the evening were we able to park across the street from Brady Theater for free and we enjoyed a preconcert meal at Mexicali Border Café.

Went here last night for the Sara McLachlan concert. That in itself guaranteed a good time. But the Brady is a fun venue with a lot of character. All the seats are good in term of the view. None are good in terms of comfort. We sit in the mezzanine and the folding theater seats are narrow and uncomfortable. When we got up to leave the steep steps were tricky to negotiate after sitting for so long. Lesson learned. That won't keep me from going back.

Went to Dancing with the stars tour on jan 31st. It was probably the stage setup that brought the tour to this venue rather than another more modern one in Tulsa. We had balcony seats in section P and my grandmother found the stairs were very dangerous. Step and narrow. The show was great but the railing along the balcony obscured part of the stage and people were forced to stand. Show was great!!! Venue was way below standards!!!

Nothing beats a great concert at the "Ole Lady on Brady"!!!!! Acoustics are amazing and you don't have to pay a fortune to be there...no nose bleed seats. A must....if you're in Tulsa, wanting to hear your favorite band.

This was not our first time attending a concert at the Brady theater but it's the first time I've written a review about it. We attended 104.5 The Edge, Christmas Concert. There was a total of 4 bands and Bush was the headliner. The acoustics of the theater are top notch. As usual, we sat in the upper reserved seating. One of our nieces had general admission floor seating. If you want to be on the floor and in the first few rows, then plan to arrive an hour before they open the doors. If you're in reserved seating, it's not necessary to arrive early. There really is not a bad seat in the house. No matter where you sit or stand, you will see and hear a good concert. Both the upper and lower levels have a bar and restrooms. Parking is $5 and a few blocks away. We didn't see any available parking anywhere closer-for any price. In years past, parking right across the street was available for $10. We had a great time and will definitely return to the Brady Theater.

Old probably historic theater located in downtown Tulsa. Quaint shops and restaurants are all round with adequate parking. Bathrooms were old but at least they had enough stalls in the women's section. Disliked the first 10-15 rows which were folding connecting chairs set up but the rows were so close, we could hardly stand up without falling into the row ahead of us. Literally the space was just enough for our knees to touch the row in front of us. No way could anyone get by us to get to their seat, they would have to crawl over us. Not sure why they put these rows so close together. The show was not sold out and there were lots of seats in the balcony but apparently they tried to squeeze as many rows as possible in the front center section which looked to be an open area for maybe an orchestra. The rest of the theater was regular cushioned chairs that are anchored to the floor. The first row was so close to the stage, they could use the stage to hold their drinks. Some poor people were literally sitting in front of the speakers and not sure how their view of the stage was.

We have been to many shows here over the years and are never disappointed! The staff is always very professional and there is not a bad seat in the house!

Visited the Brady for a comedy show recently. The theater is a historic landmark and is definitely worth the visit. Watch out for seats on the ground floor near the pit or the front of the next section up as it can be hard to see the stage because of the slope, or lack thereof, of the floor. The balcony appeared to have much better views. While we didn't indulge, there were alcoholic beverages, beer and fountain drinks served. Overall, a great location with much history.

The Brady Theater is a great place to see concerts, we drive there over staying in OKC to see bands. So far have seen to concerts and going back for a third in November. The sound is excellent, and the theater is a good size. Hands down my favorite place to hear & see live music in Oklahoma.
