You won't be disappointed by owner-tour-guide Linda Collier. So get on board for a fun afternoon visitation in T-Town. Located west downtown, on Charles Page Blvd. Yes, Tulsa has a little bit of Al Capone blood running near the Arkansas River and New Block Park. Hear the tales of old bootleggers, gambling, drinking and the key lady. Do key your keys in your pocket and do not lay them down and walk away. Learn about west side history and the Rag Lady always walking along Charles Page in several layers of clothing no matter the weather and temperature. I grew up along Chas. Page in the late 40's -70's. I remember sitting in the back of our car coming home from church or shopping, and stretching my neck to get a glimpse through the doorway, when it was open in the hot summer. All I ever saw in those days were men sitting around a table and playing cards and talking. Before Linda purchased The Cave; I always felt sorry for the dilapidated condition it suffered over the years of neglect. Thankful Linda felt the urge to carry on a bit of history, and has done a superb job of upkeep. She purchased the building, and restored every room with decor. I will let her take you on tour tell it's history. And her fondness to carry on a bit of Tulsa, north of the Arkansas River and railroad tracks. A big bang for your bucks and entertainment.

I so enjoyed my tour of the Tulsa Cave House! The building itself is a one-of-a-kind architectural gem, and for those of us growing up in Tulsa, getting a peak inside is a treat! Linda, the woman who owns the house and gives the tours is knowledgable and fun and very generous with her time! This house has been featured on HGTV in a special on unusual homes, and once you tour it you will understand why!

When I was growing up, we passed the Cave House on our way to Tulsa and I spent my summers swimming at Newblock Park, across from the Cave House, always fascinated by it and always wanting to see what it looked like on the inside. I finally was able to go inside and see it and hear so many great stories about it and it's interesting history from Linda, who is amazing. Linda makes you feel so comfortable and you can just feel the love she has for the place and once you're inside, you never want to leave! I highly recommend anyone visiting this area and those that live here to visit The Cave House!

I took my 12 year old son with autism there not expecting how it would go. Linda gave us an awesome tour and managed to keep my son interested and happy the entire time. The place itself is amazing and has a great history. There are surprises around every corner, and her stories are great. So it's well worth taking the kids, but I also look forward to going with adults and getting more about the history. I can't wait to go back. Love that little place!

Funny looking building. Been there all my life. Always wondered what was inside...Bless her heart, Linda Collier (a.k.a. "The Cave Lady") fulfilled my dream by buying this mysterious little jewel, fixing it up, and letting thousands of curious-minded people--including me-- come in and learn about her precious Cave House. You can hear Linda's love for the place throughout her every word. She has spent hours upon hours researching every legal document, photo, newspaper and magazine article, and oral history about the house. Every time she meets someone knew, she questions them to see if they have some new bit of info--and most times they do! This happy little place is filled with decor from "Curbie's Boutique"--you will find where that is when you meet Linda! Be ready for exciting tales of bootleggers, gangsters, regular folks...and some irregular folks who have graced The Tulsa Cave House. This is A MUST SEE if you are planning a trip to Tulsa!

If you are anywhere near Tulsa, OK and like offbeat, not state sponsored attractions or casinos you have to stop by the Tulsa Cave House. From its shape to its origins and the true and folklore stories and people associated with it, the Tulsa Cave House is worth a stop. Linda, the current owner has made the most of the history of the place and I can promise there's absolutely nothing like it anywhere on Route 66 or anywhere in the world.

Tulsans have been fascinated by this curious place for decades. Stories and fantasies abounded but no one had actually seen inside until a beautiful, energetic, delightful young woman purchased the property. The tours are so much fun and very informative. Your imagination goes wild. You could not ask for a more upbeat, hospitable tour guide. Linda's love for the house is obvious and contagious. Great fun for anyone and everyone!
