If you want to pay 4 times the tuition that you'd pay at Oklahoma's flagship state schools in return for a diploma from a school that no one outside a 100 mile radius will have heard of, go for it. Say "OU" to someone in Manhattan or LA and at least they'll have heard of the Sooners and Anita Hill. If you say "TU," they might guess UT Austin or Tulane. When your school is in a city that's not recognized without saying the state, your money's better spent elsewhere if flyover land isn't where you want to stay.Claims that TU's academics are outstanding don't get past US News' rankings. You're paying multiples more for a student body whose numbers are indistinguishable from OU and OSU but without brand recognition for your diploma. For this kind of money, at least get yourself in a city big enough for a major league team and direct flights.

Lovely campus in the middle of warm and welcoming Tulsa. Had the pleasure of visiting many times for sporting events and a class for business.Friendly people and an easy to find your way campus.

Visited on a campus tour. Nice open space. Limited food service. Friendly folks on campus. Several construction sites on campus.

This beautiful university has everything...sorority's, fraternity's, sports, outstanding academia and so much more. If you are considering attending for it. They even run a shuttle to the Mall and Walmart for students.

Went to the Tulsa vs Marshall football game and attended the Hurricane Club pre-game dinner. Had a great time but Tulsa lost in the last five minutes.
