The acoustics were ok for a rock concert, but I love the locale. Some nice bars and eateries in the area.

We’re an upper-end medium sized organization, and the Center could barely hold us. Did they not communicate with the staff of the concession stands? The poor people were run off their feet; apparently, additional staff had to be called in.And I was told by staff in one restaurant in the city that they weren’t warned either, which made for long waiting times! (One restaurant told us that it would be 2 hrs before we could be seated, and we were at the head of the que! Tip for the Chamber of Commerce: talk to your people!!Oh! Right!I forgot something. It’s called iWireless Center: free wireless would have been nice :-)

My wife and I attended the Nickelback concert on February 28th. We found the venue nice. We had floor seats. Water was $4 a glass, but I guess we can expect this anyway now a days. Lol

I have to say I have been to many, many convention venues from much larger than this one to much smaller than this one. I enjoyed this venue quite a bit as the layout was nice, the food was not sky-high and way over-priced and they had a delicious vegetarian sandwich I would eat again for sure! Everyone in the venue was super friendly. The only negatives were (1) the wireless access for my phone was horrid and (2) the seats were a little uncomfortable after sitting in them for a while.... not that this is unusual in my experience!

Saw a concert here,NOT a bad seat in the house! Security was overwhelmed, I presume due to the lack of entrances and searches. Great sound at this TINY venue!

we started going for mallards games and they are a lot of fun. Fridays are cheap for beer and hot dogs otherwise its quite pricey. the mallards games are great to watch and I would love to get half season tickets. the only bad thing is the parking really sucks unless you want to pay.

Great venue to see a concert at! We certainly be back to this venue. Easy access to parking and it was only $10

Both shows were fantastic! Great sound, big screen TVs make any seat great! My husband and I were thrilled to see these music icon!

Great cheap tickets to enjoy the Quad City Mallards. Ok, so they are not the NY Rangers, but I've spent more money to attend one Rangers game at the Garden than Season tickets for the Mallards. Nice clean arena with good seats. One of the best minor league hockey venues I've been too. Take the family!

I was just at the iWireless Center for a Trans-Siberian Orchestra concert. I would have to say the venue was simply "average" for a concert.I parked several blocks away which made it quite easy to get in and out of the downtown area. From past experience in the Twin Cities area of Minnesota, far better to park and walk than deal with parking in a ramp. Good choice as the cars in lines to get into the ramp or street parking were silly ridiculous.Venue entry area was nice. Since I have never been in the building before, I was interested to see the layout. Easy entry, wide stairs for all to get up and down, open corridors and then I went into the arena. Meh...pretty ho hum. I guess if you are there for hockey, perhaps it is fine. Seating was very uncomfortable for the 2hr and 40min show. I was just 1 row back from the floor in the metal bleacher area. Perhaps those seats were worse. My beef with the concert was I heard quite a bit of reverberation. I saw sound dampening panels but with all that concrete, hard to dampen the sound. That said, I've been to dozens of concerts in the Xcel Energy Center in St Paul Minnesota. Similar style, albiet 2x the size, but their shows are fine, sound wise with all that concrete.Prices for snacks and drinks were ok. Beer...really $7 for a Bud Light? People must be desperate to pay that kind of money at a show or game.Show was good, sound was not. Having seen TSO before, I know their sound is better than what I experienced. I'm a believer in trying a 2nd time so will go back and see how that goes. Seating was poor along with difficult access in the area I was in. So, overall, average "meh" facility.
