Went on a full-day tour with my mom while we were on a weekend getaway. Our driver, Chris (aka Captain Fireball), was SO much fun! We laughed all day. All 4 wineries were great- all had spectacular views of the North GA mountains and we ended up purchasing 5 delicious bottles of wine.

Our group of seven was celebrating a friend's birthday, and the VIP Southern Wine Tour was a fun way to do it! Our driver, Connie, was hysterical and kept us laughing the whole way! We visited four wineries, with a tour at one of them (The Cottage). Although one of the pourers at our third stop wasn't very nice, the rest were welcoming and fun. The wine was better than I had expected, and between the seven of us, there were many bottled wine purchases! Thank you to Diane and Christina for planning such a special trip! Extra thanks to Connie - I cannot say enough great things. She took great care of us and made sure we had a blast!

We went on a N GA wine tour. Captain Malbec made the day fun and entertaining. We enjoyed the tour and the day.

I went on a private tour on Feb. 21 2015 for a bachelorette party, and we had such an great day!!! Our day started as a disaster when our group couldn't make it down the mountain from our cabin due to a snowy, slippery, dirt road. But while I was thinking that we may have to cancel our trip, Captain Malbec did everything to make our trip happen. He drove the bus as far as he could, and escorted most of our group down the snowy road on foot. After that the day went so smoothly, and we had such an amazing tour! Captain Malbec treated us so well and was kind and made the day so much fun! They really treat you like VIPs!! Also, the lunch that was included was delicious! I cannot say enough great things about this company and the region. Even though it was cold, the region is very beautiful and seems to be a really up and coming area. Can't wait to visit again!

I stopped in before Christmas and was able to buy several stocking stuffers for one of the hard-to-shop-for women in my family. She carries many interesting soaps, oils, sachets, honeys, and other genuine lavender products.

We had a great time with a group spending the day around North Gerogia wineries. Beautiful scenery and great tastings from 4 locations. Captain Malbec/Mike ensured that we had the best time during our experience!

Planned for me and 9 friends to celebrate my birthday on the VIP Southern Wine Tour! Captain Malbac, the tour guide was awesome, fun, energetic and accommodating to all of our wants and needs :) This was an awesome way to familiarize me with how wine tastings and tours work. Now that I know the drill I will be visiting these wineries again and go at my own pace. The only downfall to this tour was that it was (obviously) timed and I felt rushed a little but that is to be expected. Pros definitely out weighed the cons and I highly recommend it! I wasn't please with Habersham Wineries, the ladies were rude by snapping at our tour guide verbally and physically, but the wine and facility was amazing! Mt Yonah Vineyards was top notch and high-end, but man was it immaculate! The Cottage was very chill and had the best view I have ever seen! We were served lunch from Betty's Country Store here, and listened to live acoustic music. Last we went to Serenity Cellars, the wine maker himself (of 13 wineries in Georgia) poured our tastings and gave us a tour! It was the group favorite! We had a great time!

We went on the wine tour right after Christmas to 5 wineries. The decorations were still up at most of them which was lovely. We experienced live music at 2 of the wineries. Connie Locke was our tour guide and shuttle driver. She kept us laughing and allowed us to drink our wine on the bus. It was very lavish and spacious. The people we met were sweet and the scenery was beautiful. This is definitely a must see if you ever plan to go up to the Georgia mountains.

we took a ride on the 1 bus on a beautiful Sunday afternoon and had the time of our lives! The wineries are all very interesting and different, but all give the opportunity to taste the ones they make and even to take a bottle home (or on the bus) if you are so inclined. The tour includes some nice information from the driver about the historical sites in the area as you travel to the various wineries. If you are travelling to the north Georgia mountains, this is a must do experience. It is a lot of fun, very informative and the price is right.

My husband and I visited Sautee Nacoochee this weekend and decided to do the wine tour. It was fantastic! The driver (Chris) was so much fun - and he loves his job! The wineries had surprisingly good wine - not just the muscadine that we were expecting - and Chris encouraged us to take our time and enjoy the music, have a glass of wine, etc. It was a perfect way to experience the region. We highly recommend it and will definitely be back as soon as possible!
