My husband and I stopped by this winery on the way back from the Sautee General Store. I am glad we did! It is small, but perfectly situated on the side of a hill, overlooking the surrounding mountains and valley. The lady who waited on us was very nice and helpful. We got 4 tastings for only $4 EACH, which was great. However, since it was still early afternoon, we only got one set of free tastings and shared. The chardonnay is one of the smoothest and best flavored I have ever tried. We also bought another wine, the "Valley Mist" which is semi-sweet. There is a place to sit, with tables, on the porch outside and the view is terrific. If it had been warmer, we would have sat outside. Oh, the nice lady who waited on us gave us a free tasting of one of their wine slushes. Very tasty! If it had been a hot summer day, we might have bought one of those, but it was chilly and we declined. We highly recommend this winery. Delicious wines most of which are under $20.00.

Lots of great wines to taste! We bought several bottles. $10 for 7 tastings and you get to keep the glass. Just outside of Helen, Ga. Very friendly staff and helpful. Cute gift shop as well. Several different types of dry and sweet wines, so everyone can probably find something they like! Can also buy a glass to drink out on the deck and overlook some vineyards. I would definitely visit again.

Great simple wines (chardonnay, red blends) at a good price and a very caring helpful staff. Took my sister in law who only likes reds (merlots & cabs ) she also loved it.

My husband and I stopped by while participating in the wine highway. The views were beautiful!! The wine was good, and the lushies are amazing!! Would definitely recommend coming here.

This was a stop on our way into Helen. Make sure to get directions prior so you don't miss it.There is a nice scenery and outdoor sitting area. The view is pretty - with vineyards. It's a quick stop if you are only tasting wines - but they did offer a free sip of wine slushy if you got the 4 taste package. All good.

Stop on your way into Helen. If you didn't know it was there you would miss it so plug the address into your GPS. Great wine and nice tasting area.

My husband and I stopped at this winery during our self-created winery tour. Sautee Nacoochee has beautiful scenery with a cute patio to enjoy your wine and cheese plate. The views were absolutely idyllic and made for an excellent stop during our tour. If you are looking to check out North Georgia's wineries, definitely add Sautee Nacoochee to your list!

This place makes you feel right at home. The owners often come out on the deck and visit with us. We've been here many times at both the old and new locations. We miss the resident cat at the old location (Cowboy). The entertainment is excellent. Well worth the trip out from Helen. We'll be back Labor Day for a visit.

Two words: wine slushies. Yes, that's right, a frozen concoction made from their wines. Thoroughly enjoyed it iven though it was like 20 degrees outside. Cozy tasting room with friendly staff.
