Good walk, easy to follow from Melrose with good marked routes through out. Views across the whole Border region are super!

The 3 hills are easy to get to and only take an hour to an hour and a half to climb and the views are worth it

A stairway has been provided for the first couple of hundred feet out of Melrose, offering a useful route up to the base of the three hills - all of which offer magnificent and panoramic views of the entire region,

We visited Walter Scott's view and the William Wallace memorial as well as the Roman excavations. A very interesting area.

its a steep climb up to the top off the middle eildon but well worth it for the view .you can almost see to the east coast from the top ,its quiet easy to walk all 3 hills in an afternoon and enjoy the different aspect off the views from each 1. you might come across some off the wild life on your walk .there are skylarks . grouse .and even the occasional adder seen there.

Walked over the Eilden Hills to Melrose and back, lovely views and a well marked path, thoroughly enjoyed it.

I took a ride up and around the Eildons on my mountain bike and there is some fantastic riding. It's clay soil so definitely best visited in the dry. There are quite a few steps to negotiate onto the hill first but it's well worth getting up there. Tremendous views too.

While staying near by me and boyfriend decided to climb the eildon hills. The paths are all well laid out and easy to follow plus the local tourist information had visitor guides to help anyone unsure. Make sure you pick a good, clear day and you can see for miles!

We regularly go to Melrose and if the weather has been good we make a point of climbing one, or all, of the hills. Lovely views over much of the borders.

You should make the effort to walk to the top of the Eildon's. Lovely walk and excellent views of the scottish borders at the top.
