Well signed paths through the snowdrops. If I have a criticism it is, there is nothing on the leaflets or signage about the length of the walk and if it is suitable for disabled persons or wheelchairs

Scone Palace and its surroundings are a very pleasant place to visit, especially as we were on a day trip by bus from Glasgow, Interesting place to see and the walks in the gardens are superb

Amazing history, beautiful gardens!Allow yourself plenty of time to visit the palace, and the gardens, because believe me you don't want to miss a single thing! The tearoom is lovely, and so is the food shop.Bear in mind that the palace is open April to October, unless there is a special event.

Absolutely beautiful palace and grounds with such amazing history relating to the Scottish royals. Allow plenty of time to explore this lovingly maintained place as well as the surrounding gardens and buildings. We are so glad that we made the time to visit this historic place and highly recommend it to all.

Surprisingly beautiful, amazing gardens with peacocks stroling freely among us, beautiful palace where the kings and queens of Scotland were crowned! There is also a lovely tea room. I think this is one of the places that are underated

I am a Perth resident, and have gone to Scone Palace many times. We have a season ticket for entry into the grounds, so make the most of it when we can! The gardens and grounds are spectacular all year round.. We love to use the adventure playground, have a wander through arches and smell the flowers. The maze is such fun but we know the secret to it's riddle..... I might stand outside and guide lost travellers, for a small fee!The palace itself is grand, but easy to take in, with lots of information and lovely things to look at. I've also been at a wedding in the palace, and would recommend it's grandeur to brides and grooms alike. The staff are excellent, the café well worth a visit, and look on their website for different events taking place during the year. (Loved the jousting one year) We live right across the river, so we see it all the time, but to go there, meandering up the sweeping drive to the palace and the grounds, never fails to take my breath away

On this trip I got to go solo so it was an adventure for me, I grew up in a place where we just had simple things and being able to go on the other side of the world is an eye opener. The guides were great and very informative they even provide drinks to the tourist, if you're a history fanatic this must be on your bucket list

Beautiful, tranquil and atmospheric location, full of history and interesting sights. Staff were incredibly friendly and informative, particularly the lovely French lady who assisted us so kindly in the Gift Shop. We were also accosted by a gang of curious and friendly peacocks, something of a unique experience!
