I booked in for a 2 hour Irons, Woods and Wedges club fitting. The whole set up is to the highest quality and state of the art technology to give the best possible fitting. Alistair that provided the fitting was excellent and put me at ease straight away and his knowledge is A1. If you take your game seriously and are looking for new clubs this is the place to go.

Visiting Archerfield is an experience on its own. The recently opened Performance Fitting Center is fantastic and among others, Michael Jordan got fitted there the same week we were there. The Fidra Course is not a typical links course but rather a park like course surrounded by trees. A very lovely course indeed with challenging holes when the wind blows. The club house and cottages are amongst the best you will find and well worth a visit.

The club is modern with all the amenities you could ask for. The restaurant/bar food is really good and of course the two courses, the Fidra and the Direlton being top shelf.

When you think of this area you think of golf courses like Murfield, north berwick, Longnidrey and gullane. This is worth a tryHome of the ladies European tours Scottish open from 2010 - 2014. Same format as the men's Dunhill masters, it offers a great and fair test. Good layout and design, a definite to add to a golfing holiday.
