If you visited Peles, it would be only natural to visit Pelisor as well. Simple as that. It's way simpler than Peles inside, and not in a bad way. It served a different purpose than Peles and it feels more human and cosy. The visit is unguided, for foreigners there is a list of the rooms with a short description for each room, which is very comfortable. There is no rush as with the Peles tour and you can spend more time looking around, feeling the atmosphere. Please mind that since the tour is unguided, you don't actually enter any of the rooms, you view them from the outside. It's a very pleasant addition to the Peles experience, I highly recommend it.

Next to the beautiful Peles castle stands his little brother Pelisor castle. It's slightly disappointing inside compared to Peles and seems too simple. But in the some way, the modesty is a gift. Located 200m from Peles Castle, obviously walkable. Price: something ridiculously small? Is it worth it? I'm not sure, wouldn't go back but maybe worth the tiny price you'll pay. We were in and out within 5min.

Pelisor is extremely beautiful and you should combine your visit there with going to Peels.it's smaller than Peles because the prince used to live there before he became a king.after that he would move in Peels.these two castles cannot be missed from visiting

Very near to Peles Castle, smaller, not so splendid but still worth seeing. If you are in the area you should visit this castle, too.

It was very unpleasant surprise to catch the very last group to visit the castle at 2 pm even the closing hour was at 4.30 pm, very poor castle guide. Shame!

This is part of the main castle's tour. Definitely should be seen as this was the Queen's castle. I don't think the tickets were very much money.

Located in the shadow of Peles Castle, Pelisor has offered some interesting and unique things, like Golden Room. I paid 30 lei on a ticket that includes a visit to the ground floor of Peles. It was an unforgettable experience in a little castle which plentiful indoor riches.

If you are near you have to see it. Just try to go during the week so there is less people. Of course you have to pay, but what is free today? I will return.

Beautiful little castle in stunning grounds - close to the bigger and grander Peles castle. Just a little summer home for the queen, you understand, dahling. Slightly spoiled by Tourist wallet-lightening practices: pay so much to get in, and wait for it... pay some more if you want to take photos or videos! And there are plenty of serious-looking ex-Securității types lurking around to make sure you don't try to grab a sneaky pic if you haven't paid for the privilege. Romania has got a lot of work to do on its tourist facilities if it wants to attract more people to this beautiful country, and these sort of official scams don't help their cause.

Liked the simplicity. Very close to Peles Castle. In 45 minute you will visit it all. Don't expect to find luxury rooms. It is a family castle.
