Maria Filotti Theater is a beuty of architecture,but of culture too.The big hall is sensational,a beauty. The troupe is very good.it is a little hall,"sala studio",where the spectators are very close to the actors.the theater is in center of town.

It is among the most prestigious in Romania. It was built in 1850 and it is an architectonic monument of nowadays. It takes it's name after the great actress who was born in Braila and performed on this stage. It is located in the old center of the city, very close to the harbor of Braila.

I was there for the theater.The scena is small but very close from the peoples so the intimity sensation during the spectacle is very present.
