if you know that before Lithuanian money was litas, you will be surprise how many different coins and bank-notes were circulated in Lithuania. Moreover - this museum is free of charge.

A good place to spend an hour surrounded by all kinds of money. It is great to see and remember old currencies which are now long gone and to muse at the size of some of the note values we had to use.Good place and we would recommend.

Very interesting museum with all kind of modern stuff to play around. And sure it has all usual museum stuff with old money and all, but everything is presented in an interesting, modern way.

Small but free museum. History of money and then of the currency in Lithuania with recent introduction of euro. Nice collection of money from all over the world with big screen featuring all countries (press for 2 seconds to make it work). Downstairs, use thr balance to check how much you would be worth being made of silver, gold and platinium

As its name suggest it is a museum about money. They have the most currencies in the world that is in use or was in use.
