Me and my family of four visited this park in the hot july sun.As I love parks and my wife and four year old daughter love royals we all had something too see and do. My son on the other hand had to sit in the stroller as all lawns are forbidden and he just couldn't keep away.It's fairly small and you walk through it quite easily. I would have loved too see more but people pushed us to walk forward all the time.Would have loved to know more about the different parts of the park and the thoughts and history behind it.

We visited the grounds of the Solliden Palace, summer home of the Swedish royal family. Most of the park and gardens are open to the public, while the palace building is not (few if any similar residential buildings of Heads of State offer public access). There is an entrance fee, but less than indicated in a previous post. We felt that the visit was well worth the money and time spent.

The royal summer house is just a ordinary boring house and you can only view it from the outside. The park is not very interesting either.

Solliden is the house on the island of Orland where the Swedish royal family usually spends their summers. The grounds of the palace/house are open to the public but the house is not. Solliden has lovely gardens but that is it. The price of 100 SEK per adult I think is a bit steep to just look around at their garden. It is much better to spend your time and money on a visit to Borgholm Slott (Castle) right next door.

Довольно симпатичный и ухоженный парк. Приятно погулять. В "замок" не заходили, экскурсию не брали, но всё равно приятно провели время. Очень милый сувенирный магазин на входе в парк.

Eine sehr schöne, schlichte Anlage mit einer ganz tollen Gastronomie, Innen und Außen. Lädt zum Verweilen ein. Netter Shop mit "königlichen Produkten"

Parken är mysig att ta en promenad i men det är snabbt avklarat. Vill man ha picknick med sig så lämpar sig filt och korg bättre utanför själva parken, finns inte så många ytor annat är grusgång du får vara på.

Underbara Solliden bjuder på ett vackert italienskt byggt slott,lyser vitt i grönskan och här brukar Kungaparet fira sin dotter,när Kronprinsessan Victoria fyller år under Juli månad.Hit till Solliden kommer människor,för att få uppleva Kung Carl Gustaf med familjs förtrollande fina park.Allt ärfantastiskt välskött,rabatterna prunkar av färggranna blommor.Många olika skulpturer av bland annat Per Hasselberg(belönad i Paris,uppväxt i Blekinge)här med Grodan som är snyggt placerat i parken också placerad vid små bäckar som friskt porlar fram till en liten damm.Allt helt enkelt ett paradis för människor som vill uppleva sköna lugna stunder ute i naturen.Vi avslutade besöket med goda välgräddade våfflor med vispgrädde och sylt samt lemonads från duktig,trevlig personal.Kungens Solliden på Öland är värd att besöka varje sommar.Utställningen av och om Bernadotte är ett måste,mängder med intressanta foto från många olika tidsperioder.

Довольно-таки неплохая, но немного затянутая экскурсия по королевским владениям. Сам парк очень ухоженный.

Wenn man in der Nähe ist und z. B. Borgholm Slott besucht bietet sich ein Besuch im Solliden Park auf jeden Fall an, zu Mal wenn man Interesse an der königlichen Familie hat.Das Gebäude ist nicht zu besichtigen (was aber auch verständlich ist, da bei unserem Besuch auch Mitglieder der königlichen Familie vor Ort urlaubten), aber den schönen Park kann man genießen.Es gibt sehr alte Bäume und viele schöne Ecken zu entdecken.
