Maybe I got Cathedraled-out on this trip, and I recognise that I missed out on the Tryptich, but this was not the highlight of my visit. The older part was interesting, but a large part was built only when the church became a cathedral and I am not a great fan of 19th century gothic revival unless it is really exceptional.

What a wonderful well kept piece of history in this little town. It had the feeling of the grand churches but is Hidden away in a little town in the centre of France. Worth stopping by

Most of our visitors like to be taken to this beautiful church. The exterior has been renovated over recent years and is very clean and impressive.The interior is fairly typical of large churches in France, the small sections for various Saints are varied and interesting.On a hot summers day a beautiful cool place to sit and contemplate.Definitely worth a visit if you are in the town.

Собор красивый, но вряд ли он существенно отличается от других готических соборов. Зато интересно посмотреть триптих муленского мастера, который там хранится в отдельном помещении. Впечатляют цвета этого полотна, написанного в 1503 году и не повергавшегося существенной реставрации (его только почистили от пыли немного). Фотографировать произведение нельзя.

Belle Cathédrale de style gothique.Sa visite est intéressante, à ne pas manquer lorsqu'on passe à MoulinsA proximité : Maison Mantin.

Superbe notre cathédrale A voir aussi la mal coiffée tout à côté ,et le jacquemart plus bas ainsi que les vieilles ruelles

Belle cathédrale du 19èùe siècle mais c'est surtout la Collégiale qui est la plus intéressante. Surtout, il faut prendre le temps de faire la visite du fameux triptyque réalisé par le Maître de Moulins. Attention c'est une visite payante

La cathédrale n'est pas inintéressante (voir notamment un beau groupe sculpté de "déploration") mais s'il faut aller à l'essentiel, c'est le triptyque qu'il faut voir absolument. La visite (sans rendez-vous) est commentée par une bande enregistrée, bien faite et suffisamment détaillée. On peut poser quelques questions à la personne chargée de l'accueil, mais il ne faut pas trop en attendre. Le « Maître de Moulins » est maintenant identifié avec une certitude presque complète à Jean Hey.
