This is my review from Lomnicky stit, it is the best experience, when you get a perfect weather. When you come to Skalnate pleso, from here you are going with lift to Lomnicky stit. From here it is stunning view on other mountains/peaks, on Liptov, but only when it is good weather! It is bit expensive 44€/person (from Tatr.Lomnica-Skalnate pleso-Lomn.stit). But when it is cloudy it is a waste of money. And I recommend to book tickest 1-2 days before. So 1.check weather forecast,2.buy tickets,3. enjoy it ;) And of course you can go up there by foot :))))

True beautiful experience in middle of Europe. Pure nature, stunning mountains, cute little restaurants with true slovak cusine. Must do!!

An expansive and we'll managed national park with friendly locals. Highly recommended for hikers, climbers and families. Ensure you are well equipped though as the weather can turn quickly.

I like Slovak Paradise much better. The Tatras are very touristy. The weather is just okay. I like granite mountains better than the brown shale. There was a hurricane like storm and many trees were uprooted and it is not looking good. This is a ski resort. I think if the weather were nice the hiking is good but don't go before June 15th if you really want to hike. There is still a lot of snow.

We were exceptionally fortunate to have beautiful weather and clear skies for our visit and went to the top of the peak. A must do experience if the weather is good.
