Friday night. We came in just for a quick shot but.... We spent all night tasting the best delicious wines and Marsala of Sicily. The owners, Antonello and Cinzia, led us through the local wines explaining how each wine is made an teaching us the Marsala wine history. It's clear that they are experienced and passionated about their job. I strongly recommend a stop by enoteca Lo sbarco if you want to discover a real Sicilian taste. M.

A delightful experience tasting some of the sweet and dry Marsala wines and excellent bruschetta, snacks and chocolate with this charming and friendly hostess. Highly recommended and great value.

This had been located by my wife prior to visit. Easy to find in this lovely town. Although the women spoke limited English & our Italian was less, she went out of her way to give a.fantastic tasting of 6 Marsala's. From very dry which turned out to be our favourite (previous knowledge was those sweeties in the Uk). Additionally she opened some wines from the shelves not already available for tasting. Down-side was that we ordered 6 bottles to be shipped home (reasonably charged @ €25 for the box plus some wine for taking away for later tasting!. Footnote to the visit - one of the Marsala's opened during our hols was co and when we notified this shop they replaced it in the box being shipped.

Extraordinary wine shop along the main street of Marsala. Holder courteous and helpful. The wines are of high quality and of small producers all in the area of Marsala. We tasted many Marsalas and eventually bought a few bottles. Can ship via express courier. Absolutely recommended.

We had planned to visit some of the wine makers in the area but due to the holiday season they were all closed. We had parked up and were planning to just have a walk around the town when Angela welcomed us in. We proceeded to spend the afternoon sipping some lovely wines, trying the local pestos and being educated by Angela. The wines are very reasonable too in case like us you want to take some home with you. It also gives you the chance to try some of the wines from the smaller producers.

We stopped in this wine bar and ended up just having a blast. Our fun and knowledgeable host allowed us to taste a variety of wines and offered a vast array of complimentary dips and spreads. We couldn't believe how many of these delicious spreads she kept producing, one after the other. We each ordered a glass of wine and then eventually another. The scene was so convivial that we did so without even asking anything about the cost (which we don't normally do). At the end of our long session of tasting, drinking, and eating, our host presented a very reasonable bill for the glasses that we had ordered, and then offered a couple more complimentary samples. This was an awesome afternoon.

Abito a Marsala e vado sempre con piacere in questa enoteca. Proprietari molto cortesi, professionali e simpatici. Scelta dei vini meticolosa. Consiglio di assaggiare il Merlot Tardivo di Foderà... qualcosa di eccezionale. L'aperitivo viene servito con delle tartine di pane con ingredienti tipici siciliani e abbinamenti ricercati.

Ci siamo recati in questa enoteca con amici in quanto cercavamo un posto per comprare del vino e spedirlo a casa a torinoIl titolare,oltre che competente ,si e rivelato molto gentile e per spedizioni sopra le 12 bottiglie non fa pagare i costi di spedizione.Inoltre durante la scelta ci ha fatto assaggiare numerosi vini accompagnati da qualche stuzzichino e la spedizione e arrivata puntualissima dopo 2 giorni!bravi!

Ottimi vini, aperitivo ricco, cortesia e ottima conoscenza dei vini proposti... La signora Piera che gestisce è anche molto simpatica! Ci torneremo sicuramente alla prossima vacanza!

Bell'ambiente, ospitale e cordiale dove degustare ottimi vini siciliani accompagnati da buonissimi stuzzichini preparati al momento. Spicca tra tutti la bruschetta con pesto di pistacchi, veramente memorabile.
