It's Greece in the Eolian Island. A very special place in Lipari and the view on Salina is great. Don't miss it!

The church was pointed out to me by the driver of the bus I was taking from Lipari. The bus stop is not far from it. It is very much worth the small climb from that point. It is very old, small but beautiful, and it also has an old Madonna statue. From the back of the church, there is a fantastic view to both the islands on the left side (Alicudi, Filicudi), then to the island of Salina and also, to the islands on the right side (Stromboli and Panarea). Not sure there is any better view than this of these particular spots, so another big plus.

Incredibly peaceful setting for a church with the most amazing vista. The church itself is peaceful and tranquil. Be sure to view the skulls and skeletons down the steps on the left hand side inside the church....

Admire the lovely views from the church carpark to the island of Volcano. Watch the sunset and listen to the sound of "peaceful bliss"

We visited this church in a peaceful evening. The sunset was memorable and makes this place seem so dear to us.

Scooter is needed to reach this location, but you won't be disappointed.Have a walk in back olive trees garden. overlooking Stromboli and Panarea.

Great stop if you have hired the Vespa to explore the island. Unfortunately the church is only open on Sundays for the service.

Panorama mozzafiato, è possibile ammirare tutte le isole eolie ad eccezione di vulcano.Da vedere assolutamente!!

tappa obbligatoria da cui godersi dei tramonti spettacolari su tutte l isole, eccetto Vulcano che è in posizione diametralmente opposta
