My strongest memory about the day I spent in this spa is... too many people. I understand winter is high season being so close to the ski resort but they should limit the number of people can access or give a time limit. The constant issue is were to hang your robe and put your sandals since every single spot is taken. They said you can't walk bare feet but there are areas near the pool where you have too and that's disgusting. The worse was the small indoor pool (I think on the second floor) called "sensorial bath" if I remember. The water is smooth and there are lights underwater, the room is almost dark: these conditions gave us the chance to notice how dirty the pool was. There were hair floating and it was simply gross. Another big disappointment has been the buffet: with so many people you need to put everything on a line and provide guest with a tray so we avoid to go back and forward with things on our hands. What a mess! They should learn from cruise ships how to do it. I don't complain about the food quality and selection but about the system. No place to sit for everyone. And if you wanted to grab one of their small "hot dish" (a super tiny small cup with either risotto or tuna steak) you had to stand by the buffet and make sure to be the first because there wasn't enough for everyone. We paid for a full day (only option available) but after 4 hours I was ready to leave. Currently I have no desire to go back nor I have nice memories of that day.

We had been skiing hard both downhill and cross-country resulting in muscles screaming for reliv. The thermal bath gave that care we needed. Great amount of different baths, saunas and other therapeutical varieties but the only issue we had was that it was too crowded so it got into a race to be able to get a place in some of the places. Nevertheless, if you are around, don't miss it.

The setting is fantastic among the Italian Alps. The outdoor pool overlooks the Alps and it's stunning both during summer and during winter, when it is surrounded by snow but it is still very warm. There are many activities and attractions, several pools, saunas, relaxation areas and a great healthy buffet with drinks and snacks. The only negative side is that during holiday season it gets really crowded so it is better to book in advance to avoid queueing and when really crowded sometimes some of the areas are full so you need to queue also for some of the saunas or for finding a table at the restaurant area.

I and my friend went to the Thermal baths in Pre Saint Didier looking for relaxation. This is what happened.Pro: The thermal bath is places in proximity of the ski slopes. it offers a good range of different water and sauna activities. The water temperature outside is pleasantly warm, although not "hot" like in other places I've been.Cons: I and my friend had the bad, bad idea to book a massage, and both had a horrible experience. Massages are delivered by men only, which I found astonishing to start with, since I had never experienced this and find it totally inappropriate, but the worst is that they are incompetent, with clearly no idea about real massages and no intention to deliver a real one either. On the contrary, both I and my friend were totally shocked when, although we had booked two different massages, the same thing happened: the masseur, out of the blue, removed the towel, exposing our breasts, and leaving us basically naked, since we were wearing tiny thongs. My friend, who is large-breasted, told me that the depraved pig was much more interesting in touching her breasts and massaging her around her private parts than anything. I had a very similar experience. On top of that, my masseur looked dirty and unwashed. When we went downstairs to complain, there was a huge queue at the entrance. The girl we spoke to apparently didn't understand English, so we left and resolved to share this abominable experience here on tripadvisor. Also, mind that the baths get incredibly crowded, so that relaxing is almost impossible anyway. For 45 Euro entrance price and the extortionate price of the massages, delivered by sick, pervert pigs, it's just too much.

While skiing in Courmayeur over New Year, I decided to spend New Years Day at the Spa for R&R. I booked a sports massage which was rough and good. The outdoor thermal baths have tremendous views, sitting in the bubbles admiring the Alps was a good choice to start the year. Scattered around the gardens are sauna blocks so you can swop between the hot baths of which there are several. Obscure, we were surprised to see a glass green house used as a smoking area! Once again inside, there were various darkened hot pools and a waterfall room, scrub shower and a meditation room. The place is like a maze, and you can easily get lost. We arrived at lunchtime and the place was not too busy but by the time we left at 5 pm, it was heaving with queues to get in. Be sure to book both your massage and thermal spa as this place is popular. While waiting for a taxi that took ages, a cauldron full of mulled wine was hung above the fire outside the front door, we were served as many as we liked on the house,.

I'm not a spa-person, but I really needed a massage and a good soak after biking to Pre-Saint-Didier from Champex (over Col Saint Bernard). This place was perfect. I think I paid a little less because we all came over after 5. If can be a little confusing, but if you look confused and ask questions, the staff will jump in and help (I couldn't quite figure out the locker card, for example. You stick it in the slot on the inside of the locker door, as an attendant was quick to show me.) Had an excellent hour-long massage from Thierry, then soaked in the huge outdoor thermal pool. Great view of the valley. Tremendously relaxing. A great place to go after a long day of exercise. Good English signage everywhere. Not inexpensive, but hey, it's a spa.

This is truly a spa that you can spend a whole day at, especially if there is nice weather outdoors. It is absolutely lovely, with lots of rooms for different experiences.

This Spa is amazing! As you can see from the pictures you can both enjoy the inside and the outside, with the Mont Blanc on the background. The only downside of our visit was the wind, and even if it was summer time, it froze us a lil bit! Some tips and advice:You have to pay 5 dollar parking when you arrive; the treatments that they offer you upon arrival (the cheap ones, 10/12/15 euros), are self treatments (basically you have to massage yourself or cover yourself with mud).At the beginning you will be given a bathrobe and a towel and you can receive another one by paying 2 dollars more. You are gonna need it, especially for a cold day! So you might as well bring it from home! You are not gonna need instead any shampoos or creams to shower, there are plenty in the dressing rooms.Have some change with you for the coffee in the buffet (try the chocolate breadstick they are amazing). My parents visited the place with the snow, something worth trying if you happen to be in the area!!

We took a day off from the rigours of the TMB in Courmayeur and took the 5 minute bus trip to Pre St Didier spa. A huge variety of indoor and outdoor saunas and spas and pools and resting and relaxation areas. This place is not cheap but it is beautifully maintained and appointed.

Was a rainy day in Chamonix so thought would be the perfect get away on our day off, and we were right. Set in a very beautiful part of the val d Aosta. View from the spa are stunning. The spa it's self is a great price. Towels, robes and flip flops provided. Whole place was clean and quite so you could really relax and was nice there was no kids running around. Had one of the treatments with my partner and we both enjoyed and feel great after. Will be visiting again for sure. Only down side is that you have to pay for the coffee in the free buffet room and you will have to pay to park. Only 5euro for the day tho.
