You can walk or rent a bike, I think walk is fine, you can explore all paths and main "attractions" shown in the map you get at the entrance. Not very impressed by the farm, the small maze is fun, the roses path gives a nice view on the castle. To go out you risk to have to walk a lot, the more intuitive path is closed and you need to go back a long way.

This parc is a fantastic harmony of nature manage by human being. You really feel the passion of the owner. This parc has a soul. You can spend hours in this parc, enjoying the nature in a peaceful, quiet atmosphere.

Easily accessed by train, bus or car [our choice] , nearby parking,a park with 7.5 km pathways. A beautifully kept manicured park with so many various trees, plants and flowers; rose garden , herb garden , lily pools. One can just walk round or bike it or hire on the spot an electric buggy for a fee / hr.; half way round there is a small petting zoo for kids .Benches to relax. Near the entrance clean toilet facilities and a coffee bar with sandwiches etc. Ok to wheel the babies round but young kids might find it boring. For adults - just appreciate!

we were here in 2007. very attractive park with beautiful colours of flowers, trees and relaxing corners. there is a train that took us all around so we could see more places without walking. very romantic. we loved the japanese corner and the tulips and coloured fish, and everything. It's nice to take here a wedding photo.

Very attractive garden. We rented a "golf buggy" for one hour and our children also really enjoyed the land train.

We'd previously visited this park as part of an excursion to Montova last year but that only gave you a very limited time in the park which we didn't think was long enough, so vowed to come back again. This time we decided to go by taxi which only cost 55 euros each way from Garda so actually cost less than the previous years excursion for the 3 of us. We allowed 4 hours being there which we found was just about enough. The cost of entry is just 12 euros per adult and I think the full guide book is excellent value at only 2 euros. We started our trip with the 'land train' which takes you around the majority of the park in about 35 minutes and provides you with a commentary in Italian, German and English and we found is a very good way of familiarising yourself with the park and learning a bit about what you're actually looking at. It only cost 9 euros for the 3 of us.We then set off around the park by foot. It's an extremely attractive park with stunning views and beautiful scenery. I've read some reviews which say its variety of plants is limited - but I did not find this to be correct and can only assume that they visited in an early part of the season when any garden would only have a limited number of plants blooming.I would recommend walking on foot rather than use the golf buggies as there are some parts of the park that are not accessible to the buggies - and in any event a leisurely stroll will enable you to more fully appreciate the scenery.Overall, if you want to spend a nice relaxing day surrounded by nature at its finest you can't go far wrong than to plan a visit to Sigurta.

Please don't forget your driving licence so you can hire a golf buggy to see it all at your own pace. Train is nice but doesn't stop give yourself time in here.

I returned to visit this place many years after my first visit and I had a sensation of delusion. Yes, it is wide, there is lot of green, you can walk along many tracks, but when you reach the places that are mention don the map you find always spots below the expectation.

We visited as part of a group with limited time, so we went around on the land train first cost= (3 Euro ) about 35-45 minutes well worth it as the park is quite hilly in some places. ?It took it the most important places with Italian- German - & English commentary. Some may call it a Garden some may say a Park a mixture of plants, trees and ponds. We went on a very hot and dry day so when off the train spent some time looking closer at the items of interest,. Plenty of room for children to run around, Transport inside to pay or hire = Land Train, Small coach- Bike, Golf buggy with electronic map and guide ------ or just good old feet...Well worth the visit some seasons would produce more colour than others but good mix of plants and trees. single adult entry June 2014 = 12 Euro children 0-4 free... children 5-14 6.50 Euro ... 100% disabled free + accompanying person reduced at 9.50 Euro . Came by special bus so not sure about car parking . NEED MAP web= www.sigurta.it.
