The palazzo is beautiful, the garden itself is gorgeous but the view makes it even more so and the museum itself is very well done. the staff is extremely helpful and it is a wonderful history of the area.

This beautiful palazzo is positioned in the historic center of Vasto overlooking the Adriatic coast. It has a gorgeous garden in the Neopolitan style and the palazzo itself houses an archialogiclal museum, a costume museum and art galleries. It also held a concert there in the courtyard when we were there in the summer which was free to attend. We stayed in Vasto in the centro storico very close to this palazzo in a character house "Casa in Piazza" which was rented from the Tripadvisor site and highly recommended also. Great town and close to the beach!

Palazzo D'Avalos is a little gem in Vasto to visit. One of the best part of the city centre in Vasto, with some nice bars in front where to take a relaxing "aperitivo"

Roman architecture enhanced at the renaissance. I was there for the re-enacting of a presentation of the golden fleece to a vastese noble. Fitting.

As part of ItaliaSweetItalia Tour, we visited the Palazzo D'Avalos. The Main Doors are striking, as is the interior museum. The gardens themselves are worth the visit, and the view of the Adriatic is spectacular. Well worth the time we spent there.

We had a personal tour of the Palazzo including the beautiful gardens. Once the personal family home of a large and prominent family, Palazzo D'Avalos is now a museum which houses beautiful works of art. It's location, in the middle of historic Vasto on the Adriatic Coast of Italy, is gorgeous, affording fabulous views of the beaches and sea beyond. Well worth a visit!

Storico palazzo di vasto e forse anche il più bello ci si arriva facilmente camminando per il centro. ..Dulcis in fondo i giardini che sono un incanto con il mare sotto. .bello

Este palácio tem uma arquitetura bem interessante da época da renascença. Dentro há diversas obras da família mais importante de vasto. Também há um mostra de vestimentas de época e de objetos antigos. Muito interessante!

I giardini con una vista mozzafiato sul golfo di Vasto e in lontananza si scorgevano le isole Tremiti.

Visitare questo stupendo museo inserito in uno dei più bei palazzi della costa Adriatica è un dovere per il turista che si trova in visita a Vasto...poi se ad accompagnarvi è la professionalità e la simpatia della sig.na Sara il gioco è fatto!
