We thoroughly enjoyed our visit here and spent around 1 hour but could have spent longer but were pushed for time. The vehicles on offer were superb and varied with many other things such as tools, dolls/teddies, stuffed animals etc. so a mixture for everyone and at the end of the tour there is a little cinema by the entrance where you can sit and see a very funny film circa 1920's which is very enjoyable. The owner even played 'God Save the Queen' as a few of us were British which was a nice touch.

Although we visited with our 4 year old grandson it was disappointing as there was no interactive elements for him so he soon became bored. However for car enthusiasts it is worth a visit. The entrance fee is around £7 for adults. How they pack so many vehicles into the space is a mystery.A fascinating exhibition with vehicles from the 50s through to the 70s.

I visited this amazing collection of memorabilia 2 weeks ago with a coach party of classic car fans on tour with Euroff Ltd, a small company specialising in taking enthusiasts to European motor museum and classic car shows. After parking the coach near the too small carpark, we passed a pen full of poultry including a couple of vociferous turkeys, a tram in need of TLC, a sort of dilapidated tank and other bits of automobilia. Inside we were greeted by the bearded Hubert Reichart, son of the original collector. He promised us a couple of surprises at the end of our visit. It happened to be a cold day and so the ambient temperature tended to determine the length of our visit (about 90 minutes), though given the right conditions quite a few members of the group would have gladly stayed longer. In the cellar, which contained a number of French cars, the star of which was a racing Amilcar, it was almost too cold to appreciate what was there. Elsewhere every bit of space was filled with almost every household article made or used in the last 100 years. There was even a Rolls Royce that was, supposedly, first owned by Queen Mary. It was just a shame that so few of these cars, fire engines, motorbikes etc were unlikely to take to the road again. The only one that looked if it was used at all was an 'Adenauer' Mercedes (not black, but white) that was probably used for weddings. All the others looked house-bound. An amazing collection none the less, but, as one reviewer has already pointed out, scarcely any descriptions of the thousands of items or vehicles meticulously collected by Hubert's parents during the past 45 years. His surprise at the end of our visit, which caused peals of laughter from some of our group, was a clip from a W.C.Fields film involving a hilarious car chase. This was preceded by Hubert giving a brief recital on his pianola - his pedalling produced a hardly recognisable rendering of 'Deutschland uber alles' followed, appropriately and deferentially, by 'God save the Queen'! He played us out with a far more musical tune on a barrel organ strategically placed by the exit. This was an amazing place - an old water mill, with a working generator in the freezing cellar. Well worth a visit and good value for money.

The place is not a museum, it's more like a warehouse full of stuff.Cars, tractors, dolls, dresses, and many other items. The fee is 5 eur, it's fair. Don't expect to see any items descriptions, all the stuff is compressed in the building.Sometimes you will see old dolls on top of cars, a little bit creepy. The place is a bit smelly like an old basement.Anyhow, worth a visit, but don't expect too much.

This is more than a car collection. The building is crammed full with every possible momento from life in earlier times. It is both fascinating and at times overwhelming. The number of items is staggering. Good for all ages, it is not a typical museum, but a collection! Well worth visiting.
