NOTE: This review is an extension of a package we booked with the Vital Hotel.One of the pools here were closed during our stay here due to renovation, but that was completely ok since we both got coupons for cake and coffee and free entrance into the Solebad (a shallow pool concentrated with saltwater). Plus, there were enough alternatives to swim outside.The normal swim area was packed due to the fact the other pool was closed. There were tons of kids, so it was kind of loud. That didn't bother us too much other since we could always go into the sauna area or the Solebad to get some peace and quiet. The Solebad was my highlight since you could float and relax to chill underwater music. The salt was probably the most concentrated from all Solebads that I've been to so far and I noticed it was pretty good for my skin.The sauna area was pretty good. It was often crowded and hard to find a free spot during the "Aufguss" times. For some reason people went in 15 minutes earlier and there was no space left for me and my wife. Outdoors was nicely decorated and was pretty clean and peaceful. Both my wife and I could definitely relax our weekend there and we would definitely do it again.I'd give the whole Therme a 4 star. We expected more since the pictures online didn't meet up to what we expected. It's not bad though! It's definitely worth a visit, but book your stay in a package through the Vital Hotel!

Good place to relax in saunas and have a beer or two. There are plenty of different saunas in the sauna world section, so you'll definitely find one to your taste.

We were taken here when visiting seine friends in Bad Lippspringe. As other reviews have said, the place looks nice from the outside (it's attached to a hotel?) and there is plenty of space in the changing rooms for lockers and actually changing (big compartments allowed space to get a toddler ready as well). The pool is fun! A mix of fountains, saunas, soaking pools and a Pirate area with 2 long and decent slides for adults. There was also a baby area which outer toddler loved. Altogether decent value €8.50 in for adults and a good way to soak away a few hours 'til your skin gets prune-like!

It looked very nice from the outside and there were plenty of lockers n changing rooms with hair drying stations the pool area was a tad smaller than it looked in the pictures an a closer look at everything says this place needs re decorating as it was showing its age.There seemed to be a bit more to do outside but was closed duo the the time of year I assume and there was separate play area for the kids. Food was served but a bit pricey . But on a whole I will probably return 3 hours tho the whole day is just too long

While i was based in Germany this little gem of a relaxation pool/sauna was a great getaway. Reasonably priced and well maintained, The upstairs has a great adult only area that you can just chill out in.

Pools needs some maintenance and renewals... however the saunas are great. The 75, 85, 95 in a row and then biosauna it's very relaxing... the erdesauna is also superb and getting out and watching the stars is one of a kind...

Ein Besuch in der Westfalentherme ist für mich Entspannung und Erholung pur.Man kann voll und ganz dem Alltag entfliehen und sich dort verwöhnen lassen.Das Personal ist sehr nett.Die ganze Familie kommt dort auf ihre Kosten und die Preise sind erschwinglich.Ein Besuch lohnt sich Aufjedenfall :-)

Die Westfalen Therme ist ein tolles Freizeitbad für die ganze Familie. Hier kommt wirklich jeder auf seine Kosten. Meine Tochter fand das Piratenschiff ganz toll. Ich habe mich in der Sauna prima entspannt. Der Preis ist auch okay. Ich würde eine Tageskarte empfehlen, besonders wenn man eine längere Abfahrt hat.
