Modelbundesbahn in Bad Driburg is run by professional people who were also involved in the many researches of the railway stations Ottbergen and Altenbeken. In a former goods shed of the Bad Driburg railway station a fantastic model railway in H0 is presented. The motives, the scenery, the realistic time tables and the high tech electronics behind the scenes are impressive. A beautiful worth trip especially when the weather is not so good. No problem to spend 3 to 4 hours both for adults and children. Many many details which continuously challenges your imaging. I have seen many model railways, but this is to me the no. 1 in Germany! Diese Modellbahn ist für Jung und Alt gleichermassen interessant. Sie zeigt die Umgebung in den 1970er Jahren. Alle 20 Minuten wird es Nacht und tausene Lampen erleuchten die Szene. Geöffnet ist die Ausstellung sonntags ab 11 Uhr. Nebenan lädt ein nettes Bistro mit österreichischen Spezialitäten ein.
