Absolutely fantastic natural phenomenon. To find the gate must have a good sense of direction. I recommend good shoes and long pants. It is also good to have drink a lot.I wish everyone who visits this gate a wonderful experience!

If you rent a small boat to go around, you need to visit this nice part of the island. Close to the caves and great waters. A perfect place to use your photo camera :)

The Bleasdale map made sure that we were heading in the right direction towards the arch but, when you eventually reach it, the impact is sudden and certainly breathtaking - literally. From the cliff top it looks as if the next person to jump up and down on the arch will cause it to fall into the deep blue yonder! However, don't be put off. The crossing is actually quite wide at the rear but you can't see that from the top of the cliff. So cross it and walk out on to the rocky outcrop. It makes a good photo!

This rock arch is spectacular (viewed from either land or sea) and is a massive collapsed sea cave.To reach it by land is a little involved, navigating the small lanes and tracks of the island. There are occasional signs, but we suggest you get a copy of Ian Bleasdale's excellent map of the island (available on Paxos, or check out his website at www.iankbleasdale.co.uk/‎). Fantastic views from the top (photo 1) and you can scramble down to walk across the arch, for a little adventure. If you find my sunglasses on your way down the final path, please let me know!

Долгое время до поездки изучала google maps вид со спутника, т.к. было понятно, что найти это место с суши будет не просто. В итоге мои старания по изучению местности дали свой результат - на арендованной машине смогли относительно близко подъехать к тому месту, где идет уже тропа на арку. Тропа не очень сложная, но спортивная обувь - обязательна! Вид на арку, который открывается с вершины холма просто захватывает дух! Я много где побывала за свою жизнь, но это место оставило в душе особые впечатления! Обязательно побывайте здесь будучи на прекрасном Паксосе! Координаты арки - 39.179025,20.183161 (по гуглу). На сам перешеек арки идти не страшно, т.к. с другой стороны его (на фотках не видно этого) - обрыва нету. Заберитесь на вершину арки, посидите там и полюбуйтесь красотой моря и окружающих скал! Вы запомните это место надолго!

Quando arrivi a questo Tripito Arch si resta senza fiato talmente é bello. Sono riuscita a vederlo da terra camminando per un sentiero che trovarlo non é stato facile,ma dopo quasi 2 ore sono arrivata e sono stata felicissima. Anche con la Wallk Map dell'isola non é cosi facile da trovare,armatevi di pazienza.
