The walk up the stairs to the tomb can be difficult so care is needed. However, once there, standing at the entrance of this place which dates back to 400BC, there is an overwhelming feeling of awe, mystery and history.

It's quite a climb to the Lycian tomb so be prepared. The external part of the tomb is visually appealing but there is no information about the tomb or the history of the area so it might be an idea to read up beforehand.

This tomb is possibly the only Lycian tomb outside of Turkey and is a really good example. If the dead live on, they had a great view!

Unique and in a beautiful setting. Well worth the clamber up the steps from the coastal path. A spur to the imagination and not to be missed.

The tomb itself is only small, but the relaxing and scenic walk around the island tip, beneath the castle and down to Mandraki, is a must do.

To see this monument is amazing, the walk the climb up the scary steps, ( no OH&S in sight) is well worth it. Not for the elderly or feint hearted. Dating back 4c BC. Makes good comparisons to places like the Maltese hypogeum.

The tomb itself is carved in the rock in the side of the mountain facing the sea towards Turkey and, honestly, is nice but not the most amazing thing you'll ever see...The thing that sets this nice walk on a different level is the panorama... The view is just amazing...Sapphire blue and turquoise sea that melts with the sky and the feeling of being in another world is not something you find everywhere these days...Definetly worth the effort.. :)Plus is good to get ready for dinner!

The tomb is like many you will see along the Turkish coast near this Greek Island. The walk however is magical and should be taken by visitors to this enchanted little island.

a carved room - there are probably about 100,000 more impressive old sites in greece. i guess worth the short walk, but don't plan on being too impressed

Not much, but it is the only one in Greece. The walk is nice, the steps to the tomb scary, and the view from it pretty sweet.
