Magical! What an amazing evening we had here. A world renounced show of beautiful music and storyline all in Greek. The building is fabulous, romantic, intimate and classical. It took my breath a way just sitting in the stunning red velvet private balcony boxes. Like stepping back in time in a fairytale book. The theatre was designed on the same lines of 'La Scala' in Milan, Italy. Syros delighted us and Apollo Theatre enthralled us!

We visited the Apollo theater in August 2014. We watched opera as part of the Cyclades music festival. It is really a scaled-down Teatro alla Scala of Milano. The whole atmoshpere was truly exceptional and acoustics were also great. It is a must-see attraction in Ermoupoli, Syros.

We visited whilst there was a rehearsal taking place. The Opera House is like a miniature Covent Garden or Vienna Opera House. A pleasant little place to visit.

One of the highlights of Hermoupolis in Syros. Activities at their pick during August especially because of the International Classical Music Festival of Cyclades. Fantastic!

We saw a Greek operette on a warm July evening! This is a lovely theater, a minature of La Scala di Milano. Really well organized and a lovely place to visit to get a feeling of the cultural history of Syros!

well worth a look around this theatre which is based on the opera house in milan (la scala )small entrance charge and small museum on first floor .

Ho avuto il piacere di assistere al festival del Paradiso, dove ha suonato anche il mio fidanzato, in questo bellissimo teatro. E' un teatro meraviglioso, lo staff è eccezionale, sono molto felice di avere avuto la possibilità di vederlo e consiglio a tutti di andare ad ascoltare un concerto o uno spettacolo perchè varrà il prezzo del biglietto.

Επιβάλλεται να επισκεφθείτε το θέατρο Απόλλων όταν βρεθείτε στη Σύρο. Αντίγραφο της Σκάλας του Μιλάνου. Δεν χρειάζεται να είναι κάποιος θαυμαστής του θεάτρου και της μουσικής για να το εκτιμήσει. Περιηγηθείτε στους χώρους του θεάτρου και στα θεωρεία. Μην παραλείψετε να πάτε!!

εαν ειστε φιλος της μουσικης η του θεατρου θα το λατρεψετε....κι αν δεν ειστε ομως,θα σας ενθουσιασει......θα σας θυμισει την σκαλα του μιλανου....εαν πετυχετε και παρασταση θα ειστε απο τους τυχερους.....τελεια ακουστικη......εγω κατα την επισκεψη μου,δυστυχως δεν πετυχα παρασταση,αλλα θα το επιδιωξω για την επομενη φορα...απο την αθηνα μπορεις να "πεταχτεις" για σαββατοκυριακο.....το συστηνω....
