The Ada is like no other place I have experienced in a city. It is a huge lake in woodland just on the edge of the city. It is surrounded by cafes and bars and has watersports. The bartenders serve you drinks and food while you are sunbathing, swimming etc. Lake was warm and clean, if you get too hot an open air 'train' circles the lake, it is fun to take a ride on this and see the sights.

Well who could expect that Belgrade has a "sea"? :)Now seriously, Ada Ciganlija is a well worth visit in Belgrade even in winter. A great escape from the routine of the city with nice little coffee shops or restaurants. Ada Ciganlija welcomes everyone. Everyone is welcomed to walk, to sit next to the river, enjoy a coffee, a beer, a meal and at the end leave with his/her "batteries" recharged.

Ada is known by locals as Belgrade sea, long and wide gravel beach with a lot of outdoor activities. Numerous bars, restaurant and clubs provide fun for almost all ages and tastes. Best for visit from May-September.

ada is also known as a Belgrade sea. when you come here you will really feel like you are at the seaside. there is a lot of restaurants and cafes. you can do whatever you like here. walking, doing sports like cycling, basketball, football, golf waterskiing...you can also swim in the lake.ada is highly recommended place to visit in Belgrade

This is a great place to visit for many occasions. If you want to work out you can go for a jog around the lake, a bike ride (can rent them there), go kayaking/canoeing etc. Want to get out of the city and be around nice nature, the area is rather green and pretty all around. Want to hang out with a friend at a cafe? There are dozens of places to choose from for getting a drink. Also some great restaurants, in particular Ada Safari which I highly recommend. Overall Ada is a wonderful place to visit in Belgrade, can satisfy anyone. Hell, it even has bungee jumping available for the adrenaline junkies.

This place is a lot of fun and good spent time- if you come with kids during day you've got lots of things to do- like bungee jump, swim, lot of place for them to run around. If you come to rest you can do that to in numerous caffee bars. If coming in the evening or night lots of clubs for you to go to. It is a really diverse place, true Balkan experience.

I visited it with my children they adored this place.This place is for all ages,every one will find something to pass un agreable moment with those who are dear to them;either mini gulf,a small train or bikes to go around and look at all the places which are arranged in such a way to please all tastes (small restaurants or places where you take sanwichesor other things to eat at a very low prices).Don't miss it.
