So much to see in one location which is all listed in the title and more. One of the roman towers has been restored, so you can see the many levels and chambers in it, quite impressive compared to any others I have seen. There are also vendors/locals selling variouse items next to the ruins, so make sure to have extra Lira. A local also charged us 10 Lira to view the temple and surrounding monuments. Outside of town to the East is a large Aqua-duct If you walk past it through the canyon valley you'll discover many necropolises and sarcophagus. There looks to be a small establishment or large graveyard that is currently under restoration. When looking at this canyon on a map it is the same one that stretches for miles called Seytanderesi Canyon,the same canyon the ruins of Adamkaylar are located in located above Kizkalesi.

I recommend everyone visiting the Silifke, Tarsus, Kizkalesi area to visit Uzuncaburc (Olba Diocaesarea). Driving up from the coastline you'll pass by some beautiful monumental graves (Demirci Anit mezari). The temple in Uzuncaburc is well preserved and the stone masonry is beautiful and detailed, on some of the pieces you can still spot the original coloring. Have also some kenger kahvesi (acanthus coffee), unique for this village!

If you are in the Silifke region it is worth a visit to (signposted)Uzuncaburç. Some amazing architecture. The drive throught he valley up to the site is worthy of a visit. The ticket (3 Lira) collector was disappointed that so few Brits visit the site. He said that he sees many French, German, Italian and american visitors.

Silifkeden Toroslara tırmanılarak yaklaşık 30 km.den sonra ulaşılıyor. Müthiş devasa sütunların nasıl ve nereden getirilip bu eserlerin yapıldığını anlamak gerçekten zor. Maalesef ilgisizlikten bir kısım kalıntılar çevredeki yapılarda bile kullanılmış çoğu tahrip edilmiş. Devasa sütunlar ise tüm olumsuzlıklara rağmen ayakta kalmayı başarmış. Uzunca burç bölgenin yüksek bir bölgesine kurulmuş. Kuzey tarafından tüm vadiyi gözlemek mümkün. Yaklaşık 10 km daha gidildiğinde " kızıl geçit" denilen vadiden limonlu çayı üzerinden geçerek toroslara oradanda Erdemliye limonluya dağ yollarından ulaşmak mümkün. Kızıl geçitte buz gibi suyun kenarında balık yiyebileceğinizi hatırlatmak isterim. Çevreyi tanımak adına bir gününüzü değerlendirebilirsiniz.

Le site n'est pas très étendu, mais les restes visitables sont très évocateurs et bien conservés : un théâtre (juste avant l'entré du site sur la gauche), plusieurs temple, une porte monumentale... De plus, avantage non négligeable, il y a peu de monde. J'ai autant apprécié que Perge par exemple.

Cok guzel tarihi bir yer, tarih sevenlerin mutlaka ziyaret etmesi gereken bir yer. Ulasim sorunu yok uzunca burc beldesinin iceridinde kalmis bir yer, ayrica koy halki cok misafir perver.
