Nothing much to say these guys know what they are doing. One of the best wine in the region. We've had a wine tasting dinner with a guided tour to the cellars. The service was quick and professional.

Ok, this is one of my favourite ones so maybe i'm bias. But this place really makes you forget any troubles you had just by sitting on their large deck and enjoying the cool environment, their great wine selection and food. This could be anywhere in Europe.

My wife and I recently spent the weekend in Villany, and did an extended tasting at Sauska. The last time we were in the area Sauska didn't even exist, but in a very few years they've crafted some of the best Hungarian wines. The outdoor tasting terrace is surrounded by gardens and vineyards, and they get the balance of traditional style and modern tastes just right. It's a marvelous space. The indoor restaurant/tasting area is gorgeous as well, and I could see sipping a glass of wine in front of the fireplace come winter. The wines themselves - some from Villany and some from Tokaj - are outstanding. My new favorite winery in Villany.

We love Sauska wines so we were invited by Family Sauska to visit their winery. We spent a weekend in Villany some time in April. Villany is about 200 km's from Budapest. When we arrived, we were guided through the winery and had the possibility to taste many kinds of wine (mainly red-wines), while we were told about how wine is made. We could taste some wines which are not available in stores yet (but they will, so try them! :-)). After that, an other guy took us to the vineyard. He explained us the history of Sauska Winery, and showed us the whole vineyard of Villány. It's amazing! After this little tour, we went back to the winery and continued tasting. It was a beautiful, warm Saturday afternoon. As we were sitting at the mediterranean-like teracce, tasting those delicious wines and having a look at the vineyard, we had a kind of feeling like we were sitting somewhere in Greece!It was such a perfect weekend that we plan to go back at least once in every year.

Winnicę Sauska odwiedziłem z grupą znajomych w czerwcu 2014 roku. Poczęstowano nas przepysznym winem oraz kanapkami. Opowiedziano nam jak produkowane jest wino, zwiedziliśmy skład wina oraz "linię produkcyjną". Do tego wszystkiego należy dodać przepiękne widoki! Będąc na Węgrzech trzeba odwiedzić to miejsce!!!
