Ronne is the largest town of Bornholm.Busy harbour with fishing boats,cargo ships and cruises.With magnificent countryside and rocky coastlines is a much visited tourists destination.Beautiful timbered houses.It was great to walk through the quiet streets.Beautiful gardens and flowers.

Stopped by on a cruise and we were initially excited but have to admit the island was a little more "blah" than we thought it was going to be. It was still a nice visit and we enjoyed our time but not nearly as memorable as other towns in the Baltic.

We visit Ronne Bornholm Denmark on a Baltic cruise last summer. I was interested in this port and island because of book I had read about it's round churches and their relationship to the Knights Templars. We rented a car and drove around the island viewing 3 of the 4 round churches as well as a large ruined fortification on the northern shore of the island. The driving was easy with the roads well marked and not crowded except in the small towns. We ate in a local restaurant which only served food prepared with food from the island. It is an interesting place to visit that most people have never heard of.

Siamo approdati sulla bellissima Borholm quest'estate e abbiamo avuto la fortuna do trovare sempre un tempo soleggiato e caldo. Nello specifico la cittadina di Ronne è carina da visitare e piacevole con tutte le sue viuzze e il centro con le case "storiche" colorate, che al tramonto regalano sprazzi di luce rosea tra i vicoli, sulle piante o sul campanile della pittoresca chiesa davanti al porto. Il porto poi è vicinissimo al centro e dotato di traghetti per la connessione con la Svezia (noi abbiamo preso il traghetto per Ystad) ed in estate le corse sono frequenti. Ottimi localini in centro, e anche le sistemazioni per dormire sono buone, ma è conveniente aver prenotato ed arrivare in orario pomeridiano perché molti hotel e b&b sull'isola dopo le 20.00 chiudono i battenti e c'è l'ingresso solo con il codice numerico alla porta.

Rönne - på Bornholm - är väl värt mödan att ta sig dit! Gammal bebyggelse, små trivsamma hus vid trånga gator och gränder. Strunta i bilen! Cykel är perfekta fordonet. Vi långtidsparkerade vår bil i Ystad. Utöka gärna besöket till hela Bornholm. Hela ön har ett utmärkt nät av cykelvägar som oftast ligger väl skilda från vägen. Centrala delen av ön är överraskande nog, skogbeklädd och relativt hög med rejäla motlut för den otränade cyklisten. Att cykla längs kusten är i mitt tycke det bästa valet. Sandstränderna i sydöstra hörnet, klippväggarna och stupen vid Heligdomsklipperna utanför Rö och allt däremellan.För den hantverksintresserade finns det många fina keramiker på ön att besöka och Bornholm har också en lång tradition av keramikproduktion.

Rønne Havn ist unumgänglich für Urlauber auf Bornholm.Die Freude ist groß von dem Wahrzeichen der Stadt Rønne, die Nikolai Kirche in Sicht.Genau so ist es bei Ablegen, die Nikolai Kirche und die schöne Urlaubsinsel verschwindet in der Ferne.
