I found this adventure online while researching for "what to do" in La Paz. So, if you are an Adrenalin Junkie you HAVE to do this!I saw the building from the bottom and thought "well it's quite high". Then I went up to Urban Rush and saw it from above and thought "oh my god, it is even higher than expected!"The guide / Trainer was very Patient and explained me everything. Spanish or English, both is posible for them. Then he made a Demonstration first to let me see how it will be at the wall.when I was Standing at the window I really got sweaty Hands :D The most heartbeating Moment is when you have to lean Forward outside the window to start running. And the next kick was the free fall from the last 25m! Hell yeah! Such an awesome adventure I will never Forget! Thanks to the Urban Rush Crew.

I didn't expect this to be as great and terrifying as it was. I've bungeed, skydived, done death road, etc but walking off the edge of that building was almost impossible for me to do. Afterwards it was just plain fun! And the free-fall was the best part!!! Cheap, quick, fun attraction with great views of the surrounding city and mountains.

I had jumped off the Stratosphere in Vegas before so I was pumped to do this. They gave us two options, face first or backwards. I thought backwards was pretty lame so I chose face first. The staff was very professional and made sure we were safe. They were very experienced. They give you a demo and a briefing beforehand. I pretty much freaked out though as I went since it was face first and I had my eyes closed the entire time (I took off my glasses but I probably should've kept my eyes open), I also was feeling a bit of altitude sickness when we got there. The guide was very caring and kept reassuring me that he got me and he talked me through the whole thing. I did the free fall towards the end and the other guide on the bottom caught me. Pretty cool experience, scary...but I would probably do it again! The staff was fantastic! Definitely a must do!

I was slightly terrified but the guides were great -- professional and safety conscious. It's an awesome way to see the whole city sprawled out in front of you and it's super cheap at just 15 quid! You receive a full briefing first and then away you go - with the guides above taking lots of photos of you on your own camera which is . A must do in La Paz!

One of my friends told me about Urban Rush so I wanted to try it out. I got there and have to admit that I was pretty terrified. But the guides made me feel extremely comfortable with the equipment and training and I'm so glad I did it. I definitely recommend it to everyone!

It seemed so easy when we were practicing. When my turn came, I chickened out. I couldn't do it! Good thing the staff assured me that they will be guiding me all the way. That day, I learned to let go! Their gears are very safe and the crew are very experienced. You don't have to worry about anything, really!
