the caves itself are really nice and the tour guides are also really good, but compared to other activities I did in chile it seems to be a bit expensive (18000 pesos for around one hour). However, I'm happy I did it.

The road there was unplowed and full of snow. We got a ride from one of the workers in a four wheeler with chains. It was a bit misty and foggy when we arrived. Our guide Cecilia did a great job giving us information. She can speak English but she spoke Spanish with us. The caves are interesting and you see different lava deposits and the minerals in them. Tour is pretty short but worthwhile.

I have been in many caves so let me just say that first. This was an interesting tour and it was a beautiful location. The vista you have when arriving is quite beautfiul. The tour itself is well done and I felt informed and safe the entire time. They do turn off the lights, as most cave tours do, and it is.... very dark! The best part is the fact that we were in a lava tube and not a cave formed from water. That made it different. However, it also limits any variety of rocks you will see inside the cave. We enjoyed ourselves but wish it had been a bit cheaper.

We went during winter so unfortunately the nearby ziplining was closed. The tour gave us a good explanation and the caves themselves were gorgeous, very different from non volcanic caves; however, I felt like the activity was a little short given what it cost. It's a cool experience, especially if you're into geology, but not a must-do if you're on a budget.

You are taken on a tour of the cave, which is quite long. It's a bit cool and wet down there, so bring a jacket. They gave some good explanations about how they were formed, as well as some general info on the Volcano and such. There are some neat formations in there. If you don't speak Spanish, make sure to bring a translator with you.

Interesting and fun, not cheap but beautiful. Make sure you have enough time to take a hike through the nearby forest.

It's no worth the 15000 pesos...We went there when it was raining. The cave is good, but it shouldn't be that expensive !!!The explanations were a bit poor...It's not really easy to go there with very young children!

After a difficult road of volcanic ash, I got to the park. It's a very different landscape with a cool, albeit short, descent into the caves. Make sure you pack a raincoat, because it drips all over inside the cave. Really cool!
